Purchased a speaker in the Central Point, Oregon warehouse on Sunday.
It went on sale on Monday. Per the Price adjustment policy on the website, Costco will refund difference. Called the warehouse on Monday, they stated to bring in card as we did not have receipt. Went in today and customer service asked management? about the adjustment. He told us he would do it this time but will flag our account so we can't do in the future?
Desired outcome: Staff needs to be aware of policies and provider accordingly without trying to discourage people from using policy.
