There is a pharmacist at the store on Royal Avenue in Eugene, Oregon who is rude, unhelpful and has a terrible attitude. This is the second time she has been extremely rude to me; I only go to Savon when I have no other choice.

My MD called there to have an urgent prescription filled for me; the pharmacist was told that I had a 2:30 appointment a half hour away, and she was asked to fill this small Rx right away. I came in at 1:30 and she sauntered up to me - not seeming particularly busy - and informed me that she would not be filling that prescription until her lunch period was over at 2:00. Early last year I was referred to her for a consult on some medicine I had never taken. She shoved it toward me and said my doctor would tell me about it. I had never taken it before and had just paid $110 for it, but she did not want to be bothered with talking to me about it.

The assistants there are great. She should not be working with the pubic.

Length of wait in the sliced meats section, was to long. Employees tend to always take care, of hot case. Waited, before all customers; were done. Then happened to glance, my way. Had been there, for, over 5 min. Even before, 2 of hot case customer, were in line. Happens all the time. There are 2 younger male employees, that do a good job... Everyone else, not good employees... Next, my trip, was, to dairy section. Many times when, Almond Breeze 30 cal., is, on sale, it is empty. This item, is, not something, you can get, at, the corner store... Last, turn over, of checkers. you have lost, some very good employees. This trip was on 6/13/19... At 6:30 pm... Royal Ave Eugene. Or.97402... Mostly likely. this will, be, the last visit, to your stores...
