I called to ask if a prescription was ready that I got a text for. I showed up and it wasn’t done nor did they have it in stock and were extremely rude about it and didn’t even give a simple apology. I told the pharmacist about my complaint and she said they were busy and to go sit down and didn’t give me a explanation as to why it wasn’t ready when they sent me a text saying it was ready. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not be coming back.

Fred Meyer - Pharmacy
I used the Fred Meyer app to send in prescriptions. Mainly due to nobody ever answering the phone. On the app it says it is filled. At the bottom of the page. It says it is filled in Grants Pass and waiting for me. After standing in an extremely long line for 45 minutes. I am told it is not there. I show them my app. And where it says the prescription was filled for me. After waiting another 30 minutes I am told it is filled in Klamath Falls. I ask how? And show them my app again. Then the lady tells me it’s my problem to figure out. I ask what do you mean. She says I need to call Klamath Falls and tell them to pull it. Then get ahold of Grants Pass and tell them to fill it. I try calling Klamath Falls while I was standing there. I called three times and nobody answers. I say to the lady. Can’t you get ahold of them. Then you know when it can be filled. Instead of me going through all of the calls and waiting. And still get nowhere. She shrugs her shoulders and says it my problem not her. I say again I didn’t send it to Klamath Falls. I keep showing them I sent it to Grants Pass. After that nobody will answer me, look at me, or even acknowledge me. I have called Klamath Falls many more times. Nobody answers! So my prescription is stuck at a place I didn’t send it. And I get absolutely no help! And told it’s my problem! Really? Someone else messes up. And it is my problem? And ignored and treated like [censored]! If I had more time I would sue for harassment. Your employee’s should not be talking too or treating customers like that no matter how short staffed or behind they are. I can’t believe she said that and nobody behind the counter said anything. People no days love to talked to and treated like they don’t matter and they are an inconvenience. If I need to give a name to make a real change I will.
Desired outcome: Someone to get my prescription to Grants Pass and get filled. Apologize and it not happen again. Is not asking much!

Always a long line with at least a twenty minute wait. Rude employees with no compassion. Apparently they serve 4000 people, at least that's what I was told, so I suppose they feel that's a reason to be disrespectful. Tried to call and straighten this out with the pharmacist but the recording still stated they were closed. I was just talking to them in person. Disorganized.

Fred Meyer - Employee - Tara
I was seeking some help and happened to run into a customer service representative, Tara. (To my understanding every Fred Meyer employee is a customer service representative) Right away she seemed to not want to help me, didn't seem knowledgeable about the question I had but also didn't recommend anyone that could help me further, after she had basically helped me none. I waited for a few moments and instead of trying to find an opportunity to get me some help, Tara walked off. Not even a "have a nice day." This is discouraging me from wanting to continue to shop at Fred Meyer when employees act as though you are inconveniencing them. I then wasn't able to find what I was looking for, which I had come specifically for by recommendation of a friend, meaning Fred Meyer lost out on an already secured sale. How many other people have inconvenienced "Tara's" day?
