We went in and the manager working there was from the start extremely rude to us. My sister has ordered stuff from their website to pick up in the store. They called the manager. He has this attitude from the start. My sister was being very polite. He was arguing with my sister telling her she was wrong. And when I called him out on it about how I work in customer service and how the customer is right he said he was gonna call security. I asked him why and he said because we weren't listening. We did not say or do anything threatening. I merely called him out on his horrible customer service. So he called security cause We weren't listening. He's the manager at Clackamas mall in happy valley OR. It was around 3:00 on September 15, 2019. We are regular customers at this location and because of this I won't be going back. Please talk to this manager. He should not be manager if he's this rude to his customers
