On multiple occasions starting around 12/22 I have experienced terrible, humiliating encounters with the manager at cascade station b&bw in Portland, OR. She started cancelling all of my bopis orders and went as far as to complain about me to my aunt who also shops there and my sister who previously worked there. Gross! She called other stores and asked them not to fill my orders or let me use my rewards there? Riddle me this. If $100 purchase = 1 reward and I have 16 rewards, I clearly spend a lot at this company and love the products. I have an entire garage full stocked better than their store and it’s appalling how they treat me when I use rewards and / or coupons. She has actually started cancelling any orders at all that use rewards and coupons in general, which is disgusting & should be totally fireable. The managers now basically make me feel unwelcome, and the people I shop with are embarrassed and shocked. I have no idea how to even handle this as my anxiety is at an all-time high and now all 3 stores near me act like I’m some thief or something because I use my app for free stuff (which again isn't free I had to earn them!). Cascade station, trout dale outlet, and Gresham station civic center should be ashamed of themselves! You’d think they’d want regulars and to have a happy experience but it’s almost like they enjoy making people feel little and broke if they don’t ring you up for full price $300 purchase. I clearly make them, but it’s just shocking how they’re acting in my city. They make it so hard to even want to spend my money there, I’ll just move along to vs & Yankee if you don’t about this. Attached are pictures of people informing me that because they’re even associated or family of mine, they won’t let us order items because we’re using coupons and rewards. How wild.
Desired outcome: I’d simply just like to shop without being harassed and discriminated against. Telling customers about other customers , previous employees and other stores is BULLYING & unprofessional.
