Pretty bad service. I ordered a few snacks and a 1/2 price sandwich good only for today, 6-3-2023 on Sonic's app. Paid for it on the app too and went through. When got there pushed the check in button on the app and entered the stall number (18). It would not accept it and tried several times. Tried to grab the attention of 2 carhops and just ignored me. They were busy so understand that. Pushed the button on the intercom. Told her what happened and gave the receipt #. Repeated it and said would come out. Waited over 15 minutes. Been there for 45 minutes total. Still no one.
Never did get my order. Ticket# 51852 according to my receipt (Order #[protected]), like told person.
So called Sonic Customer Service and said what happened. Said sorry can only give you a refund. And told me will take 14-21 days for it to be issued!
Pretty bad service at the Wilsonville, OR location and on the phone. Wasted my time there! on my one day off (Health care worker).
Stay away from Sonic and do not use their terrible non-working app. Like me, would not suggest anyone to go to Sonic in Wilsonville, Oregon or anywhere!
Desired outcome: Some sort of better compensation and better than 3 weeks for a refund especially since feel like just wasted my time and money gone for a long time!!!
Sonic Drive-In - Food order
I visited the Sonic Drive in at 30129 SW Boones Ferry Rd, Wilsonville, OR on Friday, October 2nd. My order was what I thought pretty simple. It was a number 1 with tots and a coke and a number 6 with tots and a coke. I also requested two packets of ranch dressing for the tots. When my order arrived I asked the person bringing the order if the ranch was in the bag, he stated probably not. I looked in the bag which contained one bag of fries and a burger. I told him the order was incorrect that I requested two tots and two ranch as our meals were combos. He then left and about 15 minutes later returned with a bag that contained two orders of tots, no ranch. I then pushed the order speaker button and the girl on the other end asked if I was ready to order. I told her I had already ordered and that this was the 3rd request for two packets of ranch. At that point, she no longer replied. After waiting for 10 more minutes for the ranch, we left. Apparently, listening is not a skill these workers have at this restaurant. I will probably not stop at this Sonic in the future.
