Hello, I Purchased ready made Chicken at Bala Cynwyd Location and Employee Jennifer was very rude to me because I did not thank her for completing my order.I told her I am the Customer and do not have to thank you for performing your duties, she said it was good manners to do so''I ask her for her name because I will address your behavior with Management.She did not give it to me.Store Manager Kathy told me her name and said they get Complaints all the time about Jennifer and her Rude behavior and she would tell Lead manager.So if your getting Complaints all the time about this Employee why is she still acting this way? there Address is 121 E.
