Ideal Image

Since end of August 2015 I have been trying to get reimbursed for the service of laser hair removal. I went to the Ideal Image in Bethlehem PA got my consultation made payment plans and so on the day of my appointment I did my paper work and even though my application said I have RA and Lupus the person doing assessment said that wasn't going to be a problem. The day of my treatment I was turned back because I needed Dr. note that it was ok they called my Dr she said ok but they still gave me the run around saying they had to speak to my physician I told them my specialist confirmed it was ok they still did not respond. When I contacted Ideal Image again they said they couldn't get ahold of my Dr. Even though I gave them the Dr. note saying it was ok. Money was taking out of my account it sums to 1500 to 1800. I called my bank and did a stop payment of this because my service was not being done. If from the beginning Ideal Image would of said due to my condition I would of not wasted any money on this. On May 2017 I went back to them after back and forth phone calls and email to see what they could do they had me do all the paper work again after another consultant saw me for the second time and same issue happen like the first time at this time all I want is a refund of the money I want no service with them and nothing to do with them. The reason for me doing this is because I do get lots of ingrown hair and it is painful to even shave at times more for my self esteem has a human been. All I want is for my money to be returned I no longer want the service done like I explained on 2017 to the front desk representative at Ideal Image.
