Hey I just noticed that the alergen warning on the window at store 657 on erford road is completely unreadable. Its worn down so much that I could barely read that it was an "alergen warning" everything else on it was beyond unreadable including the phone number. It really needs an update I attached a photograph of what it currently looks like and has looked like for weeks.
Desired outcome: Replace the old unreadable alergen warning with a new readable one.
Sheetz - Not service / food, and overall experience at location
Supervisor "Kay" was operating multiple registers at once leading to a snarky impatience when I was trying to provide my Sheetz reward card. After placing order at 10:48pm I finally received my food at 11:10, this is not acceptable especially because the food did not even get prepared correctly, it was cold and lacking one of the extras I added and paid for. I have already left a 1 star google review and would gladly change if issue is resolved.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement of last visit or equal
Sheetz - online ordering then picking up drive thru
I ordered our food online. I was told before when I did that, for drive thru..just drive up to the second window. So this is what we have been doing. Noone comes to the window, we honked the horn, and then a girl comes to the window and tells us we have to go back to the first window to pay. There was a car back there so we ended up going in to pay and get food. Then we are told we have to tell someone where you order that we are there for a pick up from an online order.
We have had no success with online ordering and pick up in drive thru. This is our third attempt and each time, we have to go inside
