I have been a loyal Pizza Hut customer for over 20 years. I admit it has been a couple of years since I have been inside a Pizza Hut Restaurant.
Last Thursday my husband and I visited your location in Carlisle, PA. It was around 6:00-7:00pm when we decided we wanted to dine in and eat a deep-dish pizza. We walked in and saw there was an empty dining room. There were two female employees standing at the counter and a few carry out orders on the board. I asked if we could dine in. The girl at the counter looked confused and then asked her supervisor. I was rudely told "no".
I was flabbergasted.
We were really hungry for Pizza Hut Pizza and very disappointed. My husband suggested that we still order carry-out and eat it in their dining room. I said heck no, this company obviously does not care about our business, why would I spend my hard-earned money at this place? I also knew that the real reason we were denied dining in was because the employees did not want to buss the tables and clean up after us.
Claimed loss: You have lost me as a customer.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology. I would also like stores to clearly state on their front doors if dine-in option is available. Please save us the time and aggravation.
