My name is Jerry Rider I have been a reliable loyal customer and planned on staying at Wood Springs Suites for the next 4 yrs while working for Shell Kracker Plant Construction. About 2 weeks ago I had a family emergency and had to go home for about a week ( but ended up being 2 weeks)before leaving I informed hotel employees at which time I paid $103.00 to take care of the week I was going to be gone and return leaving my property, and was told when I returned all would be good On January 24th 2018 I called and spoke to Wayne the Manager told him I planned on returning that evening but on my return trip I had car trouble and didn't make it on the 24th, So on the 25th I spoke to Wayne again and tried to explain I would return on the evening of the 25th of Janduring this phone call Wayne was rude and treated me like wasn't a loyal paying customer told me I had a outstanding bill that he never told me about on the 24th told me I was ok not to worry., Jerry Rider have been charged $100 in the past times I've had to leave and come back for a week to leave my property and this time the manager Wayne talked to me rude very rude threated to put my property out and told me I owed $353.00, when I have paid $100 every other time
