On 09/25/20 I ordered a 2021 Kia Telluride SX AWD/ Prestige package / Night Fall Edition package from Brown Daub Kia. I put a down payment of $1000.00 as requested by the dealership. Mr. Michael Bergeski is the sales specialist that I was dealing with. That day I told him that I am financing the vehicle and that I am aware that kia has financing available and I told him that I am going for the best auto rate possible. Mr. Bergeski informed me that the car will be delivered on February 22, 2021. On February 11 he texts me and said the car was on the ground. On February 18 he texts me and says he will not be in on the 20th due to surgery and stated that Chris Sorrentino who is the Sales Manager will be handling the transaction. On February 20th I met with Chris and was told that the auto finance rate that I applied for was for 3.79% and I told him that I was going to use USAA because their rate was 2.14%. At that time, he stated that he cannot sell me the car because I am not using their interest rate. I replied that Michael was misleading. I would not have wasted my time or theirs. The dealership which sells Kia products should not represent and tarnish your good reputation.
Desired outcome: Buy the Kia Telluride with my USAA auto loan rate
