Sent and iherb received pics of the severely broken/damaged shipping box that caused 2 jars of mayo to break and be thrown out — due to poor packaging by iherb. Because of iherb, the glass was leaking mayo. They stuffed multiple jars into a box that was too small for the items.
They refused the refund and then wanted me (at nearly 70 years of age) to go through the dumpster for broken bottles two (2) days later.
There's no telephone number.
There is no real customer service at all. Only ai chat.
With email, it does not work and it only shows any message to them as an error.
Claimed loss: 2 jars: Spectrum Culinary, Organic Mayonnaise with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 12 fl oz (354 ml)Qty: 2 of 3
Desired outcome: REFUND.
I was able to recover the box pics.
