Steak 'n Shake

My wife and I stop for two burger, two fries and two milk shakes to go. When the order came in, there was one milk shake sort. No big deal. The order was made for one milk shake and I just neaded to order and pay for one more milk shake. I let the milk shake server new that I neaded another shake and he informed the manager. The manager walked to the counter, where I was at; Took my 5 dollar bill and gave me 2 dollars change; Turned around and walked away without saying a word. Not a word. The counter girl said she was sorry for the mix up, But I said it was no big deal. We got our order and left to eat our meal in my truck in the parking lot. Now it gets interestng, The fries had no salt and there was no ketchip in the bag; also, there was no napkins in the bag; The two burgers where cold and I mean cold. The burgers looked like they where just thrown together and they where cold, cold, cold. Both my wife and I liked the milk shakes. The shakes where very good. Sence the manager did not like to talk ealier, I saw no nead to confront him. We threw the burgers and fries away and enjoyed our shakes. All the 15 dollars was not lost, we had shakes. We where the only customers at the counter getting an order. Very disappointing.
