I ordered online a 6" turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, pickles, extra cheese and extra mayo. Arrived at the store about 15 min later and they hadn't even made my sub but were standing around. I had to wait another 10 min at the store on my sub When I returned home with the sub it had no lettuce, no extra cheese and no extra mayo. That isn't the biggest complaint I have. My big complaint is that it appears as if my sub was put on a foil wrapper that had previous food on it. When I picked my sub up off the foil, it had onions and chili smeared all over it. It seems my sub was out on a dirty foil wrapper. This is just disgusting. I called the store, which had no person I've ever seen working tonight. I'm not sure if my store had a Christmas party or what but there wasn't a person in there that I recognized and I go daily. I called and told her about it, she never even said sorry. All she asked is if I wanted a refund or if I wanted another sub made. Very disappointed with the service from there this evening. I have never had anything like this happen at this store before and I'm highly suspicious that it's because of the people who were covering for other employees. This is unacceptable to me as I have no way of knowing if that wrapper was on the floor or in the garbage or where it was or what was on it before they placed my sub on it.
