I shop at sheetz every two weeks for cigarettes. I purchase 2 cartons at a time and ask them to ring them up 2 pks at a time to get the discount. I have already complained once about the customer service I received at the register when they have to do this and they are not happy and don't hesitate to let me know. My last 2 visits I have had the same experiences. The staff let me know in no uncertain terms they are not happy and it puts me in a very bad mood. I want to ask them if they have something better to do when they are there to wait on you. The last incident was on 10/4 and I was not happy to see the same clerk that gave me attitude was going to be waiting on me. I don't have a client number because there are too many numbers on the receipt to tell which one it is. Actually, I had hoped she had been fired but apparently not. If your staff refuse to treat your customers with the respect that they deserve they need to go. You need to train your staff to offer the best customer service to all shoppers put on a happy face. What I expect is that you train your staff to treat your customers with respect.
Desired outcome: I'm sure your staff were not trained to treat your customers with disrespect. I would like to see that your managers retrain your staff to treat your customers with some respect .
