My sister-in-law and I both purchase cars from this dealership. She did not make it home before the car started running hot . We put antifreeze in it thinking that was the problem and that did not work. Two thermostat es and that did not work. Now the mechanic says that it is the head gasket. My sister-in-laws car is a 2004 Chevy Impala it had 118, 000 miles when she brought it (bad idea) and is paying 9, 000 dollars for a car she is currently still not driving. I and my husband purchased a 2005 Cadillac sts the car is a beautiful car but two days later the engine light came on. We took it to the shop and found it need a mass air flow sensor. Engine light is still on and it would not pass emissions it had to be waived because of the cost . not to fix it not to mention the new tires it needs. All four! My husband and I can buy our tires But the engine work is a different story.We contacted Ford Luther more so for my sister who is a single mother and trying to make it like everyone out here. Jason who is the finance manager offered to pay half of the cost to have the car fixed. Wow and then re seined when I told him that wasn't enough. This is my fifth payment at 427.00 on a car that is going to cost me and my husband over 1800.00 to fix. My sister is really in the bind. I also sent my niece and her husband out there to send them some customers and they purchase a truck. You would think that they would show some sign of gratitude. They say that they are God fearing, but the love of money is the root of all evil. You reap what you sow!
