The Cheesecake Factory - Service at restaurant, rude waitress

My name is Kennen Boone and I am filing a complaint. Today on August 20, 2020, me and my family went to your restaurant to celebrate a loved one's birthday. The waitress, Sandra was rude and had a bad attitude when we began ordering beverages. Her attitude appeared to improve but we noticed that our drinks had not been refilled since the first order an hour before. We also noticed that Sandra focused on serving another table, which got their food before we did, although we were there much longer before the group at the other table. She focused on other customers and ignored us for the rest of the evening. During the night, my turkey burger had mayonnaise on the bun when I didn't request it. Another waiter gave me a bun with no mayonnaise. After requesting a new plate due to allergies to mayonnaise, they provided a new plate of food. That took a long time. Also, when my girlfriend asked for French fries and we asked for drinks, we were told by Sandra that the kitchen was closed when that wasn't the case. She said, "I can't make the kitchen do anything". We asked for the manager, John, who told us we could get French fries and drinks and that the kitchen was not closed after all. We asked for another waitress to serve us the food and drinks. John agreed, acknowledging that the waitress had an attitude and promised to send another waitress to serve us the food. Instead, Sandra, the same waitress, gave us our drinks Another waiter served us our food. Due to her attitude and her unwillingness to serve us, we did not trust her handling our drinks before she came out to us. We refused to drink the beverages and asked for the manager again. A waiter came out to address the situation. He was gracious and listened to our complaint. Another manager, Scott, came to address the situation and took everything off of the bill. Also, the staff failed to acknowledge that a young lady in our group was celebrating a birthday today. No one came to wish her a happy birthday or acknowledge her. Scott acknowledged her and gave her a menu for her to pick out a cheesecake for her birthday. Scott was gracious and helpful during this difficult evening. I don't know if Sandra has a problem with Black people or if she is just unhappy and doesn't like people, period. Either way, her attitude and service was unacceptable.
