Hello, the Sheets down the road from house we go in ALL the time, Sun night stopped in to get a cappuccino & the machine was not working so we told a sales person. And they told us that there's nothing they can do & gave us attitude I don't have to go in to other Sheets AGAIN. There's a Turkey Hill right across the street from Sheetz. I can go there. I don't need attitude from a sales person when I'm spending my money. Thank you Stacey Moliterno. [protected] s. [protected]@hotmail.com

Sheetz - Online ordering
I ordered online on Sunday, August 1st around 3:30pm. I went to the Sheetz on Columbia Ave, Lancaster, PA and when I handed them my phone, they couldn't find my order. The cashier proceeded to find the manager, who was clueless as what to do. She told me she would contact customer service because she didn't know what to do. I proceeded to stand there for a few more minutes. As I was preparing to ask if they would like the copy of my order that was in my phone .. I pushed SUMMARY and it showed my order, but showed that it was at another Sheetz .. further down Columbia Ave.
The MOD proceeded to tell me that she knew that was the problem but that the cashier told her it was ordered from the store we were at. I tried to explain that him and I both checked the store # and address and it was different in the SUMMARY.
I went to the next Sheetz .. 4 miles out of my way .. and waited 5-7 minutes at the counter waiting to be greeted, but I was getting impatient, so I said "Excuse me." I gave her my receipt and the order # and she said I'll look. A few minutes later she came back w/her manager. He asked what I had a question about and I asked fir my order. After some confusion, he found my food .. sitting .. waiting. I enjoy Sheetz tremendously, but I spent almost $70 between food, drinks, cigs, and gas and my food was old and cold. Just thought someone should know.
Sheetz - Food service
First I went to the counter to pay and the cashier gave me the wrong change and did not ask if I wanted a bag even though I had 5 items. None of the workers were wearing their masks correctly and one wasn't wearing one at all. After she coughed on my food she threw the bag at me and didn't say thank you or have a good day. Extremely rude and unprofessional!
Desired outcome: Reprimand the store
Sheetz - App order
Tonight I placed an order on the app for pickup. Order [protected]. I ordered popcorn chicken and mac & cheese cup. When I got home I realized that the mac and cheese had not been included in the bag, but by then I was too far away to turn around and go all the way back. I would like a refund of the mac & cheese portion of this order since I did not receive it. It was very disappointing!
