I went in to get my eyes checked and ended up deciding to get glasses there also, I looked at frames an decided to buy glasses, the sales woman pretty much picked out the most expensive choices for my glasses without explaining to me what I would be buying i asked for distant glasses, she insisted i get bifocals i told her told t that is not what i wanted, but they told me if i did not like them i could bring them back and get what i originally asked for free of charge, because lenses without bifocals were more expensive, and that is untrue, I called 2 other pearl visions to confirm the managers lie, She then asked for my credit card and never told me until she ran it that my insurance had already paid 700 dollars, on top of the 298 dollars they charged my card, it was totally unprofessional and shaky, it was as she was charging my insurance for all these add ons i wasent even aware of.So being upset over the idea of 1, 000 dollar glasses that i dont wear on a daily basis nor did i want in the first place because of the bifocals i did not want, they would not take no for an answer i turned around and went back to the store within 5 minutes of leaving to cancel my order, and he said he had to call and see if they had started making them, and if they did they were non refundable so he called someone and asked if they were being made, i asked to talk to the person on the phone and he said they had started making them and i could not get a refund. I was told in the beginning that they would take 14 days, so that was the second lie, ther was no way they were being made that quick, there was never anyone on the other end of the phone he was only acting as if he were talking to someone, because i wanted my money back.. I decided to try the glasses and I cant see anything out of them I went to another eye doctor to get my eyes rechecked and the prescription for distance was 225 and my eyes are 175, SO im still fighting to get my money back, they are a terrible place to get glasses, and they are liars ... I would like a refund this has been going on since 4/05/2019 i have tried them like they asked and now the prescription is very wrong, there phone number is 570-546-8315 the managers name is CHRISTOPHER R. MOYER he is the general manager and a liar. I have been disputing with my credit card company and my insurance company to get my money back since 4/05/2019 thank you, the case number with discover card is 356400372B if you need to speak to them.
