I've been going to this sheetz for years and the workers they have now are so rude. There is this older woman who works until midnight that bashes this one customer who comes in every night. She was telling how he's gay and thinks that he is straight and she even tried to get people to I guess confront him or call him gay so that he would know. She even has other employees doing the same thing. I've seen the guy. He seems like a nice person and greets her with respect. It is so ridiculous how they can get away with things like that. By the way this happens every night when he comes into the store.
Sheetz - Management/employees
The first time I had a problem I went in to buy alcohol and my little sister was ordering food went up to pay and I am 21 showed the cashier my id and refused to sell me alcohol and manager just ignored me and told me to leave the store for no reason. Next time I tried to use a coupon for $2 pack of cigarettes and the cashier fought and argued that the coupon said 2 off when it clearly said "$2 for one pack plus taxes". Went back in to talk to manager and manager refused to give me a refund because I didn't have a receipt because the cashier refused to give me one. The manager also was being very rude and snobby saying the cashier did not fight and argue with me, yet she was right there. The sheetz on main st in new holland, pa has the most disrespectful and snobby employees I have ever met. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.
