We are very good customers who shop at the Family Dollar in Old Forge PA at least 3 times a week and spend hundreds of dollars a month there. We purchased a carpet for $10.25 last week but do not have the receipt. When we tried to return it for store credit Emily/Store Manager said the individual store policy was no store credit without the original receipt. The refund policy posted by the register says "refunds without receipt" will be based on the most recent advertised price. Emily said too bad then leave the store. I just want my money back for the product which does not match what we were going to use it for
