Acme at 6640 Oxford Avenue. There are two african american employees that treat customers like a dog. One female and one male. The store sells lottery tickets. The store has two lottery machines. If you win a ticket on a friday. These two empoyees will not cash your ticket. If anyone else is at the customer service desk there is no problem at all. Its these two employees, who act like they own the store. They are making up rules
and turning customers away. The store has a new manager who does not know what is going on at the customer service desk when these two employees are there. Something needs to be done about these two employees. When it was a friday the female yelled out that she is doing payroll and not cashing any lottery tickets to all the customers in line. She is rude and unprofessional and they both treat customers like a dog. Why would a customer have to be told what day of the week they can cash a lottery ticket when the store sells the tickets and has two lottery machines. Pennsylvania in Harrisburg needs to know what is going on with this store and the two employees. I want to speak to a District Manager or someone in charge who can assist with this negative unfair practice. This store is losing customers because of these tow employees. Again, I am waiting for a response.

ACME Markets - Store employees
I have complainted about this store previously. It is Acme at 6640 Oxford Avenue Philadelphia, PA. They have two employees who will not cash lottery tickets for employees. The store sells lottery tickets and has two lottery machines and a machine at customer service. I believe the store is under new management and the manager does not know the behavior that is being demonstrated towards the customers. On June 18, 20121 the africian american heavy set female with short hair was at customer service. I was in the customer service line and a africian american man with braid in his hair came over to me and ask what I needed, I stated was in line for lottery. The female yelled out that she is doing payroll and will not be cashing any lottery tickets. How can a store sell lottery tickets, have several machines but not cash customers tickets. These rules are made up by these two employees. Whenever that are not at customer service it not a problem whoever is at the service desk cashes the lottery ticket without any hassel.
Acme managers need to look into this matter. I went to shoprite down the street cash the ticket and spent over two hundred dollars. I wanted to food shop at Acme but whenever these two employee are there they treat customers like a DOG. It is not fair and the Pennsylvania Lottery needs to know what is going on. I await a response from a District Manager.
Thank You,
