TicketsOnSale Prices are 3 times higher than original, be aware

One of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing online. Initially it did was my bad that I was in rush to buy a ticket and haven't read disclaimer about pricing. But I mean 3 times higher - that's ridiculous. I bought a ticket for Miss Monique for 159 instead of 49 and they refuse to cancel it. Be aware and check/compare their prices with original or best just don't buy from them.

Recommendation: Not to purchase from the business

TicketsOnSale Terrible Experience with TicketsOnSale: Charged for Tickets I Didn't Buy

I gotta say, I had a pretty bad experience with TicketsOnSale. I was trying to buy some tickets and I took a few minutes to read through their coverage policy, which was pretty confusing if you ask me. But when I finally went to complete my order, the website timed out and I couldn't finish the purchase. So I just closed the website and figured I'd try again later.

But then, a few minutes later, I got an email saying that I had been charged for the tickets and that they were on their way to me. What the heck?! I didn't even buy the tickets! So I called up customer service to try and fix the problem, but they were no help at all. They basically accused me of lying and said that the website is "user driven" so it couldn't have been their fault. Um, excuse me? It was definitely their fault!

The whole thing was just so frustrating and disrespectful. I wouldn't recommend using TicketsOnSale to anyone. There are plenty of other places to get tickets that won't rip you off like this.

TicketsOnSale Beware: My Unpleasant Experience with TicketsOnSale Resale Marketplace

I had a recent experience with TicketsOnSale and unfortunately, it was not a pleasant one. Although, I must admit that I was not as vigilant as I should have been while making my purchase. It all began when I was searching for tickets for an upcoming Imagine Dragons concert and chanced upon TicketsOnSale's website. I went ahead with the purchase without paying much attention to the disclaimers on top of their page. It clearly stated that they are a resale marketplace and ticket prices may exceed face value. They also made it clear that they are not a primary ticket seller or box office. However, I did not notice this until after I had already made the purchase.

The site has been given a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars, and without further checking its legitimacy, I decided to proceed with my purchase. After hitting the confirm button, my gut feeling started to tell me that something wasn't quite right. I logged on to Ticketmaster and found that the tickets I had just bought were only half the price. This prompted me to research how to cancel my order. It was during the course of my research that I found out about all the bad reviews about the website.

It's disheartening to know that there are scammers out there that prey on the trust and naivety of people who are simply looking to enjoy themselves at an event. It's an unethical and immoral practice that shouldn't be allowed to keep existing in its current 'ALL SALES ARE FINAL' format. It got worse when I saw that the tickets that I had initially seen available on Ticketmaster were no longer there. This means that the reseller bought the ticket just before I did, only to resell it at double the price.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using TicketsOnSale, unless you're comfortable with the possibility of being ripped off. Always do your research and be extra vigilant to avoid falling prey to the same mistake that I did.

TicketsOnSale TicketsOnSale Review: Disappointing Refund Policy and Poor Customer Support

I recently had a really bad experience with TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com) and felt the need to share it with others to avoid them going through the same thing. I would not recommend this website and if there was an option to give 0 stars, I definitely would.

My main issue was with their refund policy. It states that if an event is cancelled, they will refund the purchase price or provide credit. I requested credit back as per their policy, however, they refused to honor this due to "government shutdowns and being only a marketplace between sellers and consumers". According to them, since their sellers are not going to be reimbursed, they cannot provide credit to their customers. This was really disappointing and frustrating as they had clearly mentioned it in their policy when I made the purchase.

I later filed a claim with my credit card company, but what was really surprising was TicketsOnSale's response. They offered to provide the terms and conditions I agreed to upon purchase which implied that they had changed their policy since then. However, my purchase was made in February 2020, before any shutdowns, and their policy was clear at that time. I felt like this was a threat and they were trying to avoid refunding my money.

In addition to this, getting in touch with their customer support was not easy. Their phone number only had an automated system that answered general questions about the venue and their operation. Their live chat was also automated and didn't provide any real-time support. When I emailed them, I received a different person every time, and they kept saying that my money couldn't be refunded.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend TicketsOnSale to anyone. Their ever-changing refund policy and lack of customer support make it really hard to trust them with your money. They're not even listed on any other websites, which makes me think that they might be a scam. Plus, their email is in "Bolivia time" so it's hard to know where exactly your money is going. Save yourself the hassle and avoid them at all costs.

TicketsOnSale Terrible Ticketing Experience with TicketsOnSale - Avoid At All Costs

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering tickets from TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com), and it's safe to say it was the worst ticketing purchase experience of my life. While my friends ordered from a different site at a slightly higher rate, I figured buying through TicketsOnSale was a chance to save a few bucks. Little did I know what I was in for.

My event was scheduled 6 months away, and while my friends received their tickets promptly, I got a purchase notice that my tickets would be delivered 3 weeks prior to my event. While I shrugged off the delay initially, hoping that my tickets would arrive in time, the promised date for my ticket delivery came and went. I tried emailing and live chatting with the customer service team over a dozen times, hoping to get my tickets in hand by the promised date. Each time, they told me the same thing: "don't worry, you'll have your tickets before your event."

With over 2 months still to go before the event, I realized that I could no longer attend and wanted to find a way to recoup some of the value of my tickets. But I couldn't, because I still didn't have my tickets in hand. This was incredibly frustrating and stressful.

It wasn't until the day of the event that I finally received my tickets, and even then it was only after calling and waiting over 2 hours on the phone for customer service to tell me the same old song and dance about "you'll receive them before the event." This was a huge letdown, as I couldn't resell the tickets at that point, and had to eat the total cost of the tickets.

Overall, I would highly recommend avoiding TicketsOnSale with a 10-foot pole. My experience trying to purchase tickets through them was a complete nightmare, filled with pointless and unhelpful customer service interactions, missed delivery times, and an overall sense of dishonesty and trickery. Unless you want to risk spending countless hours trying to get assistance from their customer support team, only to be disappointed by subpar service and missed deadlines, I suggest finding another ticketing provider for your next event.

Here's how the process works: you request tickets to an event and pay upfront a price from a tiered list. They then match the number of tickets with someone offering that number. However, there are no other criteria that go into the match. This means that you do not get a choice of seats or any idea of where the tickets will be located. If you are attending a football game, be prepared to potentially be on the opponent's side rather than the home team.

Additionally, you may not receive the tickets until hours or even minutes before the event itself. If the event is out of town, it's important to have a backup plan for your time. While Tickets OnSale claims that you will receive the tickets before the event, they cannot guarantee this. What's even worse is that if you are unable to determine when or if tickets will arrive, there is no option to cancel in advance and go to a reputable site instead. TicketsOnSale TicketsonSale: A Respectable Return Policy U-Turn

If you're a music lover, then you know that getting tickets to a highly anticipated concert can be a momentous occasion. But as we've all learned, Covid-19 has drastically impacted the music industry and the ability to attend live concerts. Like many others, I purchased tickets through TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com) for a concert that was postponed for over a year due to the pandemic. While it's disappointing to have to wait for a year, I completely understand that this is out of their control.

One of the things that stood out to me about their service was their return policy. Before purchasing the tickets, I saw that the policy stated the concert had to be canceled for me to get my money back. I appreciated this transparency, and when I reached out to their chat support, they confirmed that the concert can be postponed multiple times, sometimes even for years. However, they couldn't guarantee that it would take place in the same venue, which could require me to travel. Of course, there is always a risk involved with purchasing concert tickets, but I figured that was something I could live with.

Unfortunately, my opinion changed when I discovered that their refund policy had changed after Covid-19 hit, and after I had already purchased the tickets. Now, even if the concert is canceled, they will only issue a credit towards other tickets from their website. As a customer, this wasn't something I agreed to when I made my purchase. It's frustrating to feel like the rules changed after the fact, and worse, they stand by the policy as if it's the only option. While I understand that businesses need to adapt during these uncertain times, the result is that I am now in a position to wait a year to see if the concert is canceled, at which time I can only use the company credit to get more tickets.

Still, I don't completely blame TicketsonSale for the current situation. The ticket resale market has taken an enormous hit because of the virus, and I'm sure they're doing their best to survive. I hope that they can find a way to do right by their customers while still operating a successful business. Unfortunately, for me, this experience has made me hesitant to purchase concert tickets from anyone until there is more stability in the marketplace.

TicketsOnSale Ticketsonsale.com: My $762.55 Mistake - Buyer Beware!

My experience with ticketsonsale.com left me feeling cheated, frustrated, and out of pocket by a staggering $762.55 - all for tickets to an event I never intended to attend. My friends and I had planned to catch Paul McCartney on his tour, and were browsing through his website to buy tickets. However, somehow we ended up on ticketsonsale.com, without realizing it. To our dismay, we found out that we had purchased tickets for the wrong event!

I immediately called ticketsonsale.com to explain the mix-up, but to my horror, they refused to refund me or give me credit to buy the tickets I had initially intended to buy. I was appalled that I had spent such a large sum of money, without any fault of my own, on the wrong tickets, and that the site was being completely unhelpful in resolving my situation.

In my desperation, I bombarded the customer representative called Darwin, with questions - I asked him to connect me to a manager, but he refused. I requested sellers' information, but again, he declined. Even the option of listing my tickets for sale on their site was a "no-no" in his book. It was unbelievable how ticketsonsale.com could blatantly disregard a customer's genuine plight and be completely unmoved by my loss.

Throughout the process, I was left feeling helpless and angry, and couldn't fathom how ticketsonsale.com could get away with swindling their customers' hard-earned money in such a manner. They may have a policy of not returning money to customers, but when circumstances are beyond the clients' control, is it too much to ask for a bit of understanding and empathy?

Being a huge fan of Paul McCartney and knowing that he won't be coming around soon, I feel extremely let down by this unbelievable experience with ticketsonsale.com. The chat I had with Darwin was quite telling and left me feeling hopeless, and unfortunately, it looks like nobody at the site cares. I just hope that anyone who reads this review will think twice before dealing with ticketsonsale.com because it is not worth the risk of such an awful experience.

TicketsOnSale Unsatisfactory Refund Policy: My Disappointing Experience with TicketsOnSale

I recently had a concerning experience with TicketsOnSale and feel it's important to share. I had purchased two tickets to see Rebelution at the Cuthbert Amphitheater in Eugene, OR through their website. However, just before the event, the theater changed its policy and required a negative COVID-19 test or vaccine passport for entry. While I understand the need for health and safety protocols, I prefer not to disclose my medical information and found this policy invasive.

Unfortunately, the theater was not forthcoming about these changes and I only found out the night before the event. I spent a considerable amount of time searching for a testing location with available appointments, but to no avail. Even if I could find a test, I would have had to pay extra and still risked not receiving the results in time. Consequently, I reluctantly decided to cancel my plans, despite being really excited about the event.

I was able to cancel my hotel booking through Priceline, who were very understanding of the circumstances and issued me a full refund. However, when I contacted the Cuthbert Amphitheater to request a refund for my tickets, they informed me that I had purchased them through a third-party vendor, TicketsOnSale, and should contact them for a refund.

This is where my experience with TicketsOnSale went from frustrating to disappointing. Despite several attempts to communicate with them via phone and email, I was unable to secure a refund. They refused to let me speak with a manager, update their cancellation policy to reflect the current situation in America, or provide me with my refund. They cited their current refund policy, which only provides refunds for fully cancelled events.

I was appalled by this, as I believe that during times of heightened uncertainty and circumstance, flexibility should be a priority. It's also worth mentioning that other ticket vendors such as StubHub and Ticketmaster have updated their refund policies to reflect these changes during the pandemic.

I regret having dealt with TicketsOnSale and would advise others to avoid them as well. It's disappointing to lose $200 due to a seemingly inflexible and disinterested vendor.

TicketsOnSale Unsatisfactory Experience with TicketsOnSale for The Weeknd Concert: A Shady Business Alert

I purchased tickets for the Weeknd concert on August 6th, 2020 from TicketsOnSale, and unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. Prior to purchasing the tickets, I specifically reached out to them to inquire about a wheelchair accessible seat. However, despite several attempts to communicate with their customer service representatives, I was not able to receive any assistance from them on this matter.

As a result, I made the decision to cancel my order with TicketsOnSale, as the tickets that I initially purchased were of no use to me without wheelchair accessibility. Despite my request for a refund, TicketsOnSale went ahead and submitted the order anyway when the tickets went on sale days later.

To make matters worse, the concert was rescheduled not once, but twice, with the latest date being August 1st, 2021 according to their website. This is an incredibly long wait time, and it is unacceptable for a customer to wait a year and a half for the show. Additionally, my family and I are planning to move out of California next spring, which means we will not even be in the area for the rescheduled concert.

In light of my experience with TicketsOnSale, I am requesting a refund. Their customer service was unsatisfactory, and they have not been able to deliver on the goods that I initially purchased. I would even go so far as to say that TicketsOnSale is a shady business, and people need to be aware of their practices. I will be sharing my experience on social media and various bulletin boards online in the hopes that other potential customers will not have to go through the same ordeal that my family and I did.

TicketsOnSale Terrible experience with TicketsOnSale: no tickets received, poor customer service, and fraudulent practices

The experience with TicketsOnSale was beyond frustrating. I purchased tickets for an event and waited for the emailed tickets to come through. When I didn't receive anything within the promised timeframe, I decided to call and find out what was going on. To my surprise, the person on the phone told me that the email was invalid and that I would have to provide them with another one. I thought that was odd because if there was an error, I should have received a notification as they promised on their website.

After providing the new email, I sat back and waited for the transfer to go through. I waited for a while but still saw no tickets in my inbox. That's when I decided to call again, and the person on the phone told me that the transfer was taking longer than expected. They advised me to keep checking my email. Hours later, I still had no tickets, and I called again. The person on the phone told me that they were still working with the seller and assured me that the transfer would go through.

The event was just hours away, and I was getting worried. I decided to initiate a live chat to get some answers. I waited on hold for 20 minutes before someone told me that the seller was unable to transfer the tickets to the correct email address. They told me that the tickets were transferred to the invalid email address, which didn't make any sense.

At that point, I realized that I was dealing with a fraudulent company. I never received any notification from the seller or TicketsOnSale. I also provided a valid phone number, which they promised to use if there was an error. However, they never called me.

In the end, I did not receive the tickets but had been charged for them. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. I highly advise anyone to stay away from this 3rd party scam site and to use more reputable ticket purchasing sites.

TicketsOnSale Unreliable Customer Service: My Experience with TicketsOnSale

I recently had an experience purchasing tickets through TicketsOnSale and unfortunately, it didn't go as smoothly as I had hoped. I purchased tickets for an event at the Golden1 Center in Sacramento well in advance, spending $214.38 for some good seats. I received an order confirmation email and receipt, but as the event drew nearer, I realized that the order and receipt did not actual provide me with the tickets I needed to attend the event. After being on hold for 40 minutes, I finally reached a customer service representative who assured me that they had a guarantee of tickets in hand or a full refund. They claimed that they would simply have the vendor resend the tickets to another email address, but unfortunately that never happened. Despite my best efforts, I was unable to get any assistance from customer service, in the end having to purchase last minute tickets through Ticketmaster just so I wouldn't miss the show.

It's really disappointing that TicketsOnSale wasn't able to provide me with better customer service throughout this process. If they hadn't been a third party, perhaps they would have been able to make sure I received the tickets I paid for. I tried to get my money refunded, but TicketsOnSale refused, claiming that my tickets had been transferred to my email. It's hard to say what went wrong here - maybe their records were incorrect or maybe there was some kind of issue with the ticket issuing company. Ultimately, I was left without the tickets I needed and had to eat the $214.38. It was a frustrating experience, and one that could have been avoided if I had done more research into how the venue actually sold their tickets.

Overall, I would caution anyone considering purchasing tickets through TicketsOnSale to be careful and do their research. While they claim to offer a guarantee, it doesn't seem to be backed up by their actual customer service. If you have the option, it's probably best to purchase tickets directly from the venue or from a more trusted vendor like Ticketmaster.

TicketsOnSale Ticket sales with no price before purchase!

Just purchased today, doubt we will get our tickets but venue price was $69 per seat and Ticketsonsale dot com charged us $1775 for four tickets. Realized too late that it was a scam but already hit credit card. No refunds but hoping our card company won't approve the charge. Fingers crossed. There is no place showing seat number and price BEFORE purchase. Price only comes up AFTER the purchase and they say all sales are final.

After buying, I find online that the owner lives in Florida and has been sued a few times and forced to refund ticket prices. We can only hope we can get the charges reversed.

Desired outcome: Please refund but hope my card company refuses the charges.

TicketsOnSale Review: TicketsOnSale - Unfair Rescheduling & Refund Policy

My friends and I were so excited to attend a concert on Tuesday, October 5th at 7:30 pm in Montreal at Olympia Theatre. We purchased tickets from ticketsonsale.com a few weeks prior to the show and we were eagerly counting down the days until we could sing along to our favorite tunes. We were coming all the way from Fredericton, NB and had even planned to drive down to Montreal on Saturday, Sept 25th, to explore the beautiful city before the concert.

However, our excitement soon turned into disappointment when we received an email from TicketsOnSale on Friday afternoon at 5:45 pm, less than 24 hours before the show. The email stated that the concert had been postponed to Saturday, Sept. 25th at 1 pm. We were shocked to see that the re-scheduled date was only four days away and the time was unreasonable because it was in the afternoon. We immediately contacted the ticketing company to ask for a refund but they refused, citing their policy that rescheduled events are non-refundable.

We were very unhappy with their response and argued that it was unfair to expect us to attend a concert that was rescheduled with such short notice that too at an unreasonable time. It was impossible for us to drive down to Montreal on such short notice as we had already made plans for the week ahead. When we objected to the company's response, they did not show any empathy nor did they provide any reasonable compensation. They simply told us to go pound sand and that we should be happy with the rescheduled time.

In our opinion, TicketsOnSale's behavior was completely unacceptable. They showed no concern for our inconvenience and simply brushed us off with a generic response to a genuine concern. It was apparent that their policies are designed to trap customers and rob them of their hard-earned money, no matter how unreasonable the rescheduled time may be. We were extremely disappointed and felt cheated by this ticketing company.

We believe that their fine print policy that allows them to reschedule events is extremely unethical, especially when they do it at such short notice, and on a time that is not convenient for the buyers. We are disappointed to learn that this company is a scam and is not to be trusted. We will make sure to inform everyone we know via social media about the fraudulent practices of TicketsOnSale, and would urge others to be cautious when dealing with them.

TicketsOnSale Buyer Beware: My Nightmare Experience with TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com)

I highly advise anyone considering purchasing tickets from TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com) to steer clear. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. I was so excited to surprise my boyfriend with tickets to see his favorite comedian for his birthday, but unfortunately, the joyous occasion turned into a regrettable mistake.

In July, I purchased the tickets and was informed to wait until at least November 30th, 2021, to receive them. However, the day came and went, and I was still left ticketless. I contacted customer service who kindly informed me that my tickets were pending. Although she couldn't reach the seller, she assured me that she would contact another one to provide me with new free tickets with better seats. While I did appreciate her effort, the email with the new tickets was promised to arrive by the end of the day, but it never did.

I decided to call again the next day, and after waiting for two more hours, I contacted their online chat support. Veronica was assigned to help me, and unfortunately, things got heated between us. She recommended that I wait right before the show to receive the tickets. However, since the show was already that day, I refused to do so and demanded a refund. To my dismay, I was informed that a refund was not possible, and I was left with the option of waiting for the tickets.

If you are interested in purchasing tickets, I urge you to think twice about choosing TicketsOnSale as your provider. My experience was terrible, and I wish I had done more research before making a decision. I am left feeling disappointed and frustrated, and I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what I did.

TicketsOnSale TicketsOnSale: Overpriced Fees, Shady Practices, and Incompetent Customer Service - A Cautionary Tale

I recently had a frustrating experience with TicketsOnSale, an online ticket purchasing website. I mistakenly ordered 8 Eric Church tickets more than a year in advance, only to discover that the fees were over 1/3 of the ticket price per ticket. To make matters worse, I received a confirmation email stating that they reserved the right to separate our group if over 4 tickets were ordered. Understandably upset, I called the customer service line to inquire further. The representative I spoke with attempted to reassure me that it was highly unlikely we would get separated, given that the concert was a year away and tickets hadn't even gone on sale yet. However, I was still skeptical, and rightfully so - once the tickets went on sale, I found out that there were plenty of groups of 8 available in the section I had requested.

My frustration only grew when I attempted to get a refund, but TicketsOnSale refused to comply. I was forced to accept that the service fee of almost $900 was a sunk cost, a hard lesson learned. I prepared to inform my group that we may have to divide up, but even that didn't go as planned. When we finally received the tickets (almost a year later), we were all split up into groups of 2.

In my disappointment, I reached out to TicketsOnSale's customer service via chat. Unfortunately, I received no empathy or assistance - it seemed as though no one cared at all. I would advise anyone looking to purchase event tickets to steer clear of this website. It is outrageous that they charge such an exorbitant fee and refuse to give refunds before any purchases have been made. There should be consumer laws in place to prevent companies from engaging in these sorts of shady practices. In short - this was a $900 mistake that I hope others can learn from.

TicketsOnSale A Nightmare Experience with Ticketsonsale.com: False Pretenses and No Refunds for Rescheduled Event

Ticketsonsale.com is a company that sells tickets to various events. Unfortunately, the experience of one customer, B Hensley, was less than satisfactory. When B Hensley purchased tickets to see Jeff Dunham in Oklahoma City, the website indicated that the event was taking place on April 9th. Excited to attend the show, B Hensley paid $373.90 for four tickets. However, the very next day, B Hensley discovered through Facebook that the event had been rescheduled to January 2022.

With the rescheduled date not feasible due to the long drive to the venue and potential winter weather conditions, B Hensley attempted to request a refund. Unfortunately, B Hensley was informed that no refunds were possible due to government mandates. When B Hensley requested to speak to a supervisor, she was told that it was not allowed. Frustrated, B Hensley asked why the company was selling tickets under false pretenses and was told it was part of the terms and conditions.

B Hensley's experience was nothing short of a nightmare. She felt cheated and scammed by the company, and all attempts to speak to a representative fell on deaf ears. B Hensley warns potential customers to look elsewhere and save themselves the hassle. All she wanted was her money back, but the company was unwilling to help her in any way. It's a tough lesson to learn, but hopefully, B Hensley's experience can serve as a reminder to always read the terms and conditions and to be cautious when buying tickets online.

TicketsOnSale My Unpleasant Experience with TicketsOnSale: Refusal to Refund, Postponements, and Poor Customer Service

My experience with TicketsOnSale has been unpleasant to say the least. I had initially purchased tickets to a show in February of 2020, only for it to be postponed later on. Unfortunately, by the time it got postponed, it was outside of the timeframe for a bank dispute. To make matters worse, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, the show was ultimately cancelled. In their email to me, the company refused to refund the money that I had spent on the tickets, but instead offered me a credit of 120% for a future show of my choosing.

After browsing through their available shows, I finally chose a show for August of this year. Sadly, I had to pay an additional $62 to cover the cost of the new tickets. However, just like the previous show, this one too was "postponed". While their policy for refunds had not changed, the date of the new show was set for 2099, which is obviously well beyond my chosen artist's life expectancy.

As you can imagine, I've tried a number of times to get in touch with TicketsOnSale to have this issue resolved, but to no avail. Every time I send them an email, I get an error message that says “mailer-demon” is unavailable. Their live chat feature is also problematic as the chat ends on its own regardless of my replies. Similarly, calls are redirected to emails and live chat, which is both frustrating and unhelpful.

To be clear, this is not only unacceptable but also illegal. However, at the moment, it seems like initiating a lawsuit might be costlier than it's worth. That said, I do intend to make use of social media to voice my grievances and gather others who have had similarly negative experiences. Hopefully, by doing so, we can put some pressure on TicketsOnSale to rectify these issues and prevent future customers from suffering a similar fate.

TicketsOnSale My Disastrous Experience Buying Concert Tickets from TicketsOnSale.com: A Warning for Others

I recently purchased tickets for a concert in July through TicketsOnSale.com, hoping to have a great time come October. As the day of the concert approached, I checked in with the website to confirm that everything was good to go. They assured me that all I needed was the QR code and that I was all set for the event.

However, when I arrived at the concert, I was devastated to learn that my tickets could not be scanned and were therefore invalid. I went to the ticket box, but only received the same disappointing response. I then proceeded to call and online chat with the website, but received no helpful information for forty-five minutes, only that I needed the QR code.

After persevering, I finally managed to get the seller to send me the ACTUAL TICKETS WITH BARCODES. But by that time, I had already missed a major part of the concert, which was a big disappointment as I’d been looking forward to it for months. Not only that, but I’ve been trying to get a refund since then; despite repeatedly contacting TicketsOnSale.com, I keep getting disconnected or offered store credit worth $30 as a substitute which is frankly inadequate.

To add insult to injury, they’ve offered me only the prospect of a partial refund. Honestly, it’s not good enough. I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money attempting to purchase from their website, and I’ll never be using them again. I’m immensely disappointed in the experience and would advise others to avoid them. Save your money and time by finding a more reliable website to order your tickets from. It’s a frustrating experience to say the least, especially when you’re trying to enjoy something you love.

TicketsOnSale Nightmare Experience with TicketsOnSale: A Warning to Potential Buyers

My recent experience with TicketsOnSale was a complete nightmare. I was excited to purchase tickets to the James Taylor / Jackson Browne concert in New Orleans, but unfortunately, the tickets were never delivered. To make matters worse, I spent over an hour on hold trying to speak with someone about my issue, but no one ever picked up. My frustration only grew when I tried using their live chat feature, only to be met with canned responses from an automated system, leaving me feeling like I had no choice but to give up on them entirely.

As a result of their lack of follow-through, I was forced to purchase new tickets from StubHub at the last minute, causing additional frustration and costing me unnecessary expenses. I'm now left with the difficult task of trying to recover my money from Tickets on Sale, which I assume will be a painful ordeal.

To make matters worse, despite how awful my experience was, it's exasperating to see that Google lists TicketsOnSale as the primary search link when seeking tickets. It's disheartening to think that they could be complicit in a ticket scam.

In an unexpected turn of events, I received an email from TicketsonSale six hours before the concert providing my purchased tickets. Although they were what I had asked for, I had no choice but to purchase another set of tickets from StubHub since I was traveling from six hours away to attend the concert.

Reaching out to TicketsOnSale later via phone or text was impossible. Neither were monitored, and the responses on the text line seemed to be auto-generated. Spending almost two hours on the text line and an hour on hold on the phone failed to yield any results. Based on my terrible experience, I can safely say that the customer service at TicketsOnSale is abysmal, and I would not recommend using them again. I, for one, will certainly never use TicketsOnSale again.

TicketsOnSale TicketsOnSale Review: A Warning Against Price Gouging and Poor Customer Service

When it comes to buying tickets for events, it's important to choose a reliable and trustworthy site. Unfortunately, TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com) is not that site. In fact, this company should be avoided at all costs.

First of all, let's talk about the prices. Ticketsonsale.com is notorious for price gouging, meaning they charge way more than the actual value of the tickets. On top of that, their guarantee is extremely broad, which means you may end up paying five times the ticketed price without even realizing it.

As a personal example, I paid $450 per seat for an event in the Orchestra Area and assumed I would receive decent seats. However, when I finally received my tickets, they were in Section A-R with seats in Row O. I soon discovered that these were the worst tickets available, as there were plenty of tickets in better sections going for much less. In reality, the tickets in Row O only cost $79 each, while seats in Row D were going for $179 each. This made me realize that I had been charged an astronomical price for the worst seats in the section.

Furthermore, the customer service and care at TicketsOnSale is abysmal. They don't seem to care about their customers at all and are only interested in making a quick buck. It's shocking that this company is even still in business.

If you're considering buying tickets from TicketsOnSale, don't waste your time or money. This company is not to be trusted. In fact, most of the positive reviews you may see online are likely company-driven for deceptive purposes. Do yourself a favor and avoid this site altogether.

TicketsOnSale TicketsOnSale Review: Disappointing Customer Service & Shipping Problems

TicketsOnSale (ticketsonsale.com) is an online ticket vendor that left me thoroughly disappointed. My experience with ToS was less than satisfactory, to say the least. I had initially purchased an e-ticket for an event set to take place on a Friday night a few months before the said event. Everything leading to the date of the show and all follow-up emails indicated that an e-ticket would be delivered the day before the show.

The frustration began when a ToS representative called me on the Monday preceding the event and requested I confirm my shipping address for a paper ticket. I cited that I had already paid for an e-ticket, but the representative insisted they had the ticket in-hand and would overnight it. Given no other alternative, I agreed, stressing the importance of it being delivered overnight as I was leaving for New Orleans from South Florida early Thursday morning, 36 hours before the event. The representative agreed and assured me they would email me the tracking information.

Unfortunately, things only got worse from there. When I called ToS on Wednesday, the day before I was due to fly out, the representative informed me that the paper ticket had only been mailed that very same morning. The ticket was scheduled for delivery after I had already left the city. The package eventually arrived in South Florida, but I had to incur additional charges of $80 to FedEx the ticket to my hotel.

Despite my repeated attempts to seek assistance from ToS via their website's chat functionality, my queries remained unresolved. Each time I tried using the chat feature, it disconnected within minutes, without making any effort to help me with my issue. By the end of the day, I had spoken to five different chat representatives over a four-hour period, all of whom disconnected without any resolution.

Ultimately, ToS demonstrated a gross lack of responsibility for their mistake, maintaining that they were sorry for the breach in customer service. However, their apologies did not solve the frustrating situation I found myself in, and I had to pay additional shipping costs because of their incompetence. Their customer service was abysmal, and I will not use their service again.

TicketsOnSale Unethical Scalping and Exorbitant Fees: My Experience with TicketsOnSale

I recently had an unfortunate experience with TicketsOnSale, an online ticket resale website. I mistakenly purchased tickets from this site, thinking I was buying them directly from the venue. However, to my dismay, I soon discovered that TicketsOnSale was selling the exact same General Admission ticket for $46, while the venue was still selling tickets for their original price of $25.

I was shocked and disappointed to learn that tickets were being scalped for twice the price, especially when original tickets were still available from the venue itself. This kind of behavior strikes me as unethical, unsavory, and even criminal. To add insult to injury, TicketsOnSale then charged me an additional $15 per ticket as a "Service Charge" fee, and another $7.50 for "Electronic Transfer" - or, as I saw it, an extra "F-U" in case I wasn't already sufficiently ripped off.

After my purchase, I attempted to dispute the TicketsOnSale charge with my credit card company, expecting them to support my side of the argument. However, to my great dismay, the credit card company eventually reversed the dispute, citing some sort of BS agreement that TicketsOnSale had forced its customers to sign.

Suffice to say, my frustration and disappointment knew no bounds, but the experience did come with a somewhat silver lining. In my attempt to make amends and show my support for the artist, I went ahead and purchased a total of 16 tickets from the venue (instead of the 8 I had originally intended), effectively giving the artist twice as much support as I would have with original TicketsOnSale transaction.

In the end, while I may not have been successful in obtaining any sort of refund or retribution from TicketsOnSale, the lesson I learned was clear: to be cautious, diligent, and wary when purchasing tickets online. Especially when dealing with seemingly reputable sites that too often engage in shady and suspect business practices at the expense of their customers.
