Fraudulent purchase and no help from TickPick
My TickPick account was hacked which is associated with my email address. My GS card was saved on file and once my account was hacked, the $813 charge was placed on my stored GS card for three concert tickets in a location 2500 miles from where I live. The hacker of my TickPick account then proceeded to initiate a transfer of the tickets to their own email address so that they would have access to the tickets once released as they didn’t have access to my email account since the passwords are different. Immediately upon the transaction going through I was notified of the charge via my Apple wallet where I immediately reached out to both GS and TickPick to stop the transaction, changed all passwords associated with TickPick and Apple as well as received a new card number to prevent future fraudulent use. TickPick refused to cancel the transaction, provide a refund, or acknowledge that the account was hacked when my credit card company notified them for the investigation.
Furthermore, once the transfer was initiated on the hackers behalf, I provided the email addresses he/she were using (which included their own names in the email), and a quick Google search shows the three names are associated with one another within the vicinity of the concert location but GS and TickPick will not identify or investigate the individual who placed the order under my TickPick account. There is no more information that I can provide to refute the charge other than my prompt notification and the email addresses that were used to forward tickets. While my TickPick account is in fact associated with the purchase, it was hacked and the order placed by someone not associated with myself and not with my permission. My credit card company will no overturn the charge as TickPick continues to tell them the purchase was made via my account thus it is not deemed fraudulent but they also refuse to investigate on their own that the purchase wasn’t made by myself. Finally, they said I could try and resell the tickets but with the fees associated with resell and the cost of comparable tickets I’d still be out hundreds of dollars.
Recommendation: Never use. They require a card on file and take no responsibility for fraudulent charges
Tickpick is unreliable
I purchased tickets from Tickpick on 10/17 for a Nuggets game. On 11/7 they told me the tickets were transferred to me however with 2 days before the event I never received them. I called them 5 times telling them the situation and instead of giving me a definitive answer they kept telling me that the seller says the tickets were transferred and they would request verification from the seller and for the seller to send again. However, literally nothing happened leaving me and my family waiting in the wind regarding the game. They have not been able to receive verification from the seller and the tickets have not been resent (they were never sent in the first place). Tickpick says they guarantee that "you will receive your tickets with ample time before the event". THIS IS BOGUS.
Recommendation: BE WARY OF USING THEIR SEVICE. UNRELIABLE
I bought Friday night baseball tickets to a game that was postponed due to a player catching Covid
I bought Friday night baseball tickets to a game that was postponed due to a player catching Covid. Since the game was "rescheduled" and not "cancelled", they will not refund my money. Tried reselling the tickets and nobody is interested because the make up game is in the middle of the day on a Thursday. It's absolutely ridiculous. If you went to the airport and found that your flight was "rescheduled" for a month later would you expect a refund, or would you be satisfied with the experience? I have no doubt that the response from TickPick will be some lame statement about their terms and conditions. This is fraud though, it's not right.
Okay...where do I start...I purchased several games to baseball games at different stadiums. My friend and I planned to visit several ballparks, however, an emergency came up and our plans changed. I needed to re-sell my tickets to take to at least come close to getting our money back. Well, after reselling 2 games(I had 8 different games) I was unable to open the website where you click on "sell". I called customer service and was told that "MAC" computers sometimes have this issue with their site. They told me to find another computer or use their app. Trouble is; the app does not have the capacity to see tickets, only buy. So posting tickets was difficult; I had to use my phone. They then claimed that I posted the same tickets twice to the same venue. In between, I called customer service several times and they told me someone from "TECH" would call me...no one did. So after telling me that I sold the same tickets twice, my sell was voided and I was penalized $400...for what I have no idea. I spoke to an *** who said someone would get back to me in an hour and assured me things would be cleared up. No one called! What a nightmare! Today, I got in touch with someone else; they have no records of phone call(no notes in system at all!0. Now they tell me my penalty is 108$...to pay for what...I am not sure..I will tell everyone to stay away now!
Horrible experience, charged my card for an extra 415 dollars after trying to sell tickets. What a joke of a place, highly recommend NOT using them
If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I have used them for about 5 years with no issues. I had a FRAUDULENT charge where someone hacked into my tickpick account and got tickets to a *** game. It was about $57 total. I immediately called them and they said there was nothing they could do to refund me, even though I told them it wasn't me. Absolutely terrible customer service. I had to go to my bank and file a dispute, which then made me have to get a new card, and behind on my bills. Not acceptable and Absolutely terrible to put someone through that. I will NEVER do service with them again.
I bought 4 tickets for a baseball game through TickPick but faced issues
I purchased 4 tickets for a baseball game through TickPick. First, TickPick had mobile tickets sent to me for the wrong date. They did what they were supposed to do and canceled those tickets. However, when the correct date approached, no tickets arrived, despite me contacting them three different times. The customer service did listen to my complaint and said they would try to contact the seller to resubmit and resend the four tickets I had purchased, but no mobile tickets ever showed up in my email account. So basically, TickPick took my $312 for a baseball game and never delivered the tickets as promised.

This company sold my teen son a $147 ticket that had already been redeemed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They refused to refund his money despite my pictures showing the ticket had already been used. Major scam.
Offered no support when tickets were DENIED at the venue. Reached out to customer support rep who said he would follow up with us via email once he opens an investigation two hours later no email. No offer of resolution.
I sold 4 tickets to a Braves game and the buyer failed to get the tickets even though I sent them. Tickpick decided that since the buyer didnt get them, regardless of whether of not I sent them, it was my fault. Not only am I out on the sale of the tickets but they charged me an additional 200% penalty. Did absolutely nothing wrong and they charged me nearly a $1000. Please, please whatever you do, dont use this company
Ill preface by saying Ive had 2 prior successful purchases through TickPick
Ill preface by saying Ive had 2 prior successful purchases through TickPick. 3rd experience not so much. Bought a ticket to a Red Sox game & the seller never transferred the tickets. Had to buy an additional ticket at the box office to get in. Spoke to a rep that said they were opening an investigation that would require them hearing from the seller, who went *** Since the seller disappeared, I asked for a time frame on the investigation, which TickPick refused to disclose. Instead, they told me to call back in 7 days to check on the investigation. Be aware that buying tickets with these guys is a ***. You may or may not get your tickets and if you dont, good luck. 0/5 stars if I could.

Worst example for a trust worthy business. We drove 2 hrs to a concert to be told our tickets were not valid. Called and they said they would resend the tickets but never did. Missed one of the biggest shows while all of our friends went on in. Absolutely embarrassing. On top of that there were about 15 other people experiencing the same problem from the same company. This place needs to be shut immediately. They are common scammers and theirs.
They advertised tickets to a concert I attended as Front Row. We arrived and the doorman basically laughed and told me Id been had - that theres no front row. Its ALL . Better yet, they charged FOUR TIMES the General Admission price - GA was $20/per ticket (Muscadine Bloodline concert) and their front row (false advertisement- it was not!) was $78/per ticket. Ill never use them again.
Poorly designed app and terrible customer service
Poorly designed app and terrible customer service. Their flex feature hides the date of events when there are multiple events over multiple days. When I bought the wrong tickets, I let them know in 10 minutes what had happened but they were unable to void the transaction despite the fact the tickets hadnt even been sent yet. To make matters worse, the tickets werent even delivered until a couple of days before the event so I couldnt list them on *** or *** I could only list them ontickpick! Which of course generates fees for them and forced me to price my tickets at a loss after they got their cut. Oh and customer service stopped replying to me when I asked if they could waive their resale fees so I could get my money back.

I sold tickets on the site they really *** me over they keep saying they made a deposit to my bank account I call the bank Nothing I get in contact with the support they give me the run around never sell tickets through them they will rip you off it's been over a month still no money I will not be using your site anymore.
My advice is to avoid using tickpic at all costs. I purchased tickets last year for a concert happening this weekend at a specific venue. They sent me an email informing me that the tickets I had bought were resold to someone else. In compensation, they offered me replacement tickets of inferior quality that were worth half the price I had originally paid for seats in section 204. They attempted to appease me with some undesirable corner seats. I had made hotel arrangements and taken time off work, and all they could offer was an apology. I strongly recommend not purchasing from this platform; instead, opt for a more reputable ticketing service, which is undoubtedly many times more reliable than this subpar application.
Complete frauds, scammed me out of $622.00. Claimed I purchased tickets for a Bluejays game back on June 14th. Showed my credit card company that they had my name and address so the transaction must be valid. Never downloaded any tickets from them, never used any tickets of theirs. Tickets were sold to someone else, so Tickpick was paid twice for the same tickets. Never use these guys under ANY circumstances for event tickets as they use an unreliable third party vendor which they accept no responsibility or fault for when problems arise. ZERO stars is the appropriate rating, one is far too generous.
We called the customer service because we never received the email with our tickets as the confirmation email claimed would be coming
We called the customer service because we never received the email with our tickets as the confirmation email claimed would be coming. The agent said she would look into it and promised to call back in an hour (our concert was to start in a few hours). Honestly, I never really expected a call-back. Then we sent an urgent email. We did receive a response but no action. Again waited, Again sent another more urgent email. They said they would try to reach the seller (now 1 hour before the concert). Then both agents *** and *** ghosted us. WE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE from TickPick nor the seller. WE MISSED THE CONCERT BECAUSE WE DIDN'T HAVE OUR TICKETS! I drove 6 hours for this. A full refund is expected. P.s. the Complaintsboard.com rating is awful as well.

HORRIBLE
HORRIBLE. I paid over $400 on 2 tickets to a concert. They were to be digitally transferred. Within a week of the event I received an email from TickPick saying the seller changed the delivery method to will call and needed all of my information. I replied, tickpick said all was well and to bring my ID. We drove 1.5 hours to the event and the tickets were NEVER transferred to us. I tried calling 3 times and an email and no answer. We had to purchase additional lawn tickets to attend. I sent all this information to a representative who was *helping me*. I was supposed to have a refund within 7 days, it's now been 2 weeks and they won't respond! Not only did they scam me, they charged me double face value per ticket. I just want my money back and will NEVER be using this company again. They need shut down.

What a horrible experience I had with TickPick
What a horrible experience I had with TickPick. I ordered tickets (*** vs. *** for 2/19. I paid using the *** button on their site and my payment was approved and I was excited to go to the game. Fast forward a couple hours I was told my payment was voided by TickPick because of a fraud detection software. I called customer service to see why I was flagged for fraud and was told the fraud system doesnt give explanations. What amazing customer service. With this game anticipated to be a sell out game, I am left with almost no ticket options and no explanation by the company on why my purchase for 2 tickets was voided for fraud. I hate paying the extra fees like everyone else but AT LEAST you get the tickets you want to buy and not a we dont have an explanation. I will never be using this site again the customer service is horrible and they dont care about their customers clearly.

I have contacted TickPick and no response
I have contacted TickPick and no response. I purchased tickets to a event and the event was rescheduled last minute due to COVID related issues. The only option they gave me was to resell my tickets to a event that is not sold out! My tickets are not going to sell in 3 days! And then they have the audacity to charge me a fee to sell MY tickets that they will not refund! They are making money off of COVID and it is not fair! Do not purchase tickets from this website! I have 15k followers on *** and ***. I will definitely be letting people know! If you cannot attend a event because it has been rescheduled to a different date you should be able to get a refund it you cannot attend! Now I cannot get my money back for this event! At least the airline is giving me a credit! This is insane! I think we should file a class action lawsuit! Contact me at *** so we can file this lawsuit if you have been affected!
My Mom wanted to see Toby Keith so I went through this website and charged the tickets with her card
My Mom wanted to see Toby Keith so I went through this website and charged the tickets with her card. Her CC sent her a fraud alert which she immediately said was ok. On my end I got a message that the order could not be processed so I also tried to purchase them with my *** address in the event it was because her address and my address on the account were different. Still, it could not be processed without calling them. When I called, they were not available due to COVID 19. I sent an email. They explained that the purchase was flagged because the addresses were different. So I asked why my *** attempt did not work. They needed her picture and CC. I sent them both - hers and my pictures and our card information. A few days later, I get an email confirmation saying the fraud department said we could not move forward with the tickets. So, I went back through the website and purchased the exact tickets with my *** account with no issues. What a waste of time. I sure hope I can count on them to get my tickets since we are flying. UGh.
i tried to save a buck on tickets by going through TickPick and in the long run it cost me big time
i tried to save a buck on tickets by going through TickPick and in the long run it cost me big time. If I would have bought from *** I would have been able to get a refund for tickers on a venue that was rescheduled because of COVID. We bought Eagle tickets prior to COVID through TickPick. Once COVID hit the concert was rescheduled to last year. Because COVID cases had ramped up and we are over 65, we were not comfortable being in a large crowd. Tried to sell tickets and then *** told us we could get a refund. After the event, we were told we were not eligible for a refund from them and to contact TickPick. There was no guidance from TickPick that we had to return the tickets to the original seller, who could refund us our money and get a refund themselves. Why would they want to do that -they got paid! Have gotten the "run around" from both and still out $622. Apparently, TickPick is citing their non-refund "policy" on postponed events and expects older people to put their health at risk and attend an event anyway. THIS DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE A VERY UNDERSTANDING, COMPASSIONATE AND HEALTH CONSCIOUS COMPANY!

Very disappointed!
Very disappointed! I purchased Boston Bruins tickets back in March, then the Covid 19 crisis hit. At that point, I no longer wanted to attend even if it was held, which I knew it wasn't going to. So then I am told, no refunds will be processed until the event is officially cancelled. Finally in May, the NHL stated no fans would be able to be in attendance, which in fact makes the event officially "CANCELLED". since then, I received an email from Tick Pick stating my credit card would be refunded the $496 from the initial tickets purchased. They also stated it would be refunded within 30 days or less. Here it is, July 4, and several distraught emails later, I still have not received my refund. I have made numerous purchases in my time using a credit card,. It normally takes on average 5-7 business days to receive a refund. I understand that there is a crisis /pandemic that we are dealing with, but we ALL are dealing with it. Meanwhile, I am still paying interest and monthly payments on a purchase that I never got to enjoy! They certainly can process a sale and charge the credit card in a quick manner, I think they should be able to do the same with their refunds...its just poor customer service! *** Frustrated Ticket Buyer
Ive used many ticket services and this is by far the WORST
Ive used many ticket services and this is by far the WORST. No communication options. They leave you on hold for a very long time only to cut you off and tell you to email them and you will be responded to within 10 minutes. Well, they responded well after the event was over. I knew the show had ended because after them not delivering the tickets until after the show start time, i purchased other seats at the box office. What makes me most angry is they allow their seller to confirm the sale, hold you hostage and then allow him to complete the transfer after the scheduled start time. What he is doing is trying to sell those seats on multiple platforms. He will raise the price on the other sites after he has you on the hook and if no one else bites, he will then release your tickets to you as a fallback option. Had TickPick answered the phone or email and reassured me that i would have my tickets, I wouldnt have purchased other seats. I was standing outside ***, the show was starting, they didnt respond to communications, and my wife traveled to meet me to go to this show. I had no choice. I was grateful that a decent pair popped up at the window. TickPick did refund me after i finally got someone on the phone the next day (after repeat calls). They gave me a courtesy refund as they called it after i had gotten *** and provided all documentation that i had saved, showing it was not handled as per their terms. TickPick needs to protect the buyer more than they do their sellers, AKA brokers as the customer service agent called them. I will not be doing business with them again and advise any and all to try more reputable sites like *** They at least protect their buyers.

Tickpick browser extension/ticket problem
I purchased tickets on 10/18/23 for a concert. I was on the Ticketmaster website. I had the Tickpick browser installed that showed me the tickets I was attempting to purchase (Section 10, seats 1 & 2) were available cheaper on Stubhub. I clicked the link to purchase. Stubhub does not show seats until after purchase. I assumed I was getting the seats that I selected. However, upon delivery, my tickets were switched to seats 39 & 40. This is unacceptable as I need to be on the aisle and I expected the tickets I selected. It still shows that the original tickets I was buying are avaiable. This is some sort of bait and switch. I'm not sure by which company, but if Tickpick is going to offer this browser extension it needs to be accurate.
Desired outcome: The tickets I wanted.
Tickpick
I purchased tickets for the Yankees game yesterday, the tickets are over $100 a piece, for 5 tickets, and when we arrived to the venue, the view was completely obstructed- there was a cameramen and a huge foul pole in front of us we could not see, literally leaning in the full seats to the sides of us to slightly see. The tickets dud not advertise this, we had no idea- thought we’d gotten good seats. I contacted tickpick during the game and the response was because it was not listed on the tickets as obstructed they could not help me. I received $20 credit, and spent $580
Desired outcome: Bigger refund- at least $450
Purchased Enhypen concert tickets via TickPick Mobile App for October 8, 2022 show
On August 1, 2022, I used the Mobile App of TickPick to purchase 3 concert tickets to Enhypen for a show on October 8, 2022. I paid $725.00 per ticket, totaling $2354.44 including sales tax. My order number is undisclosed, and the tickets are for section 103, specific row and seats. After immediate ticket download, I noticed missing package details. Contacting TickPick on 8/8, they informed me the tickets don't include certain benefits. Despite this, I'll use the tickets as gifts for my grandchildren. However, I insist on receiving the full package as advertised and confirmed in my order. I'm ready to provide screenshots for proof.

Transaction took place on 09/22/22. Order number: [Redacted]. Transaction amount: [Redacted]. Description: 2 tickets to a sports event on 10/02/22 at a venue in TB, Section 237, Seats 5 and 6. Due to the hurricane, the game will be relocated. The event organizers will refund original ticket holders. The original seller will receive a refund for the face value of the tickets from the event organizers, and TickPick.com will allow the original seller to retain the commission without issuing a refund to me. TickPick has contributed to a fraudulent transaction by allowing the seller to engage in deceptive practices with the intention of financial gain.
I bought concert tickets through them where the tickets listed said, row 1 seats 1-2 when I received tickets they were GA standing only. I paid a premium price for tickets that advertised a row and seats. I would have never bought tickets if I knew they were GA standing. This was false advertisement for tickets. I contacted company and they said they listed these tickets because that is how they are listed but the venue doesnt have assigned seats in that area. Well, that is false advertisement to say Row 1 seat 1-2 if that isnt what I am getting. I now have over $200.00 in tickets that I will not use because I can not stand for a concert.
I bought 2 tickets for the Lauv concert on Sep.09.2022 for $286. My order number is witheld. The seller said that they have transferred the ticket through a digital platform, but I never received the ticket. I checked with the ticketing platform's customer service, and they confirmed that the tickets were never in my system. The screenshot is from the ticketing platform's system that showed I never received any ticket.
I have contacted Tickpick three times and they haven't given me any explanation on what was wrong with the transaction. I understood all sales are final, but I did not even get the ticket that I paid for. At this point, all I want is a refund.

Brett the owner I have met on a few occasions at superbowls
Brett the owner I have met on a few occasions at superbowls. Real nice guy and had a respectable business so I thought. Called up spoke to and ANDY and was asking about a game with downloadable tickets only. I explained to her that there's no service at the Staples center for wifi and I wanted hard copy printable tickets. She had no patience and was extremely rude than telling me to call the Staples Center as it's not her problem. The game is now postponed or now word is the NHL will only have 4 teams play in a playoff. Clearly this virus has made a lot of uncharted waters for everyone. My wife and I now lost our jobs and at the time 150.00 dollars is nothing but now it's worth a ton. I've spent 1000's on superbowls with Tickpick. I've emailed Orion and am told no refunds unless it's cancelled but I can resell online through them. They want to hold our money for a game that very well we won't be able to make nor will it be played. The owner clearly forgot what customer service was once he started as we see today the staff is ATROCIOUS! I will never buy from here again. The reviews I am seeing clearly show my novel here is accurate. Customer service TickPick is how you grew but it is also how you will fall! See ya
I purchased game tickets on 6/24/2022 using my cell phone. I have no knowledge of this order nor did I make this order. I filed a claim with my bank and the credit card company, and the claim was denied twice. I called Tick Pick and they said no refunds or future credit. I called the stadium and Tick Pick and confirmed that the tickets were never used. I do not know how these were purchased on my behalf or by my phone. I am seeking a full refund for the purchase.
Sold tickets via Tickpick but they wont pay me. Said multiple times the payment was sent but the event was over a month ago and still nothing.
Order # *** I used TickPick as a Seller to transact tickets for a sporting event that took place Sat 9/10...Website terms/conditions/policies clearly states that all payouts are processed on the second Wednesday following event. The sale confirmation for my transaction also states (even right now) that my "estimated payout date is 9/22"It is now Sat 9/24 and no funds have been dispersed, no explanation has been provided, and vendor has not replied to my email inquiry. This is clear case of fraudulent, deceptive business practices that deliberately mislead sellers into using TickPick's service so that they can hold onto owed funds (without interest) for 3+ weeks for unauthorized usage/investment purposes. Please ensure my $448 is paid to me promptly at the direct deposit/ACH listed on my profile.Thank you for your prompt attention.
I purchased tickets on their website on September 7 for a game on September 10 2022 no QR code was sent from the seller on their site. Therefore, I went to the ticket booth. The day of my event gave them. My order number and tickets were printed out as we went to our seats. There was already another couple sitting there were they provided their seat numbers which was matching ours. My husband and I were re seated in nose bleeds seats due to this game being sold out game. One contacted this company the next day regarding the situation. They said they would Investigate. Weeks later screenshots were provided and just found out that they said I was upgraded by the seller where he did state to them. My tickets were never excepted or claimed. No updates on my app of this company were ever updated and when order number was given at the ticket booth. They pulled up my ticket number with my seats that was sold to me originally there was nothing there due to an upgrade, I would like either half of my money or all of my money returned.

On June ***, I purchased tickets through TickPick for a concert on June , at 9:15 p.m. in Cadet Missouri. On June ,, I received the tickets to the same concert but the location was in Wichita, Kansas. I immediately contacted TickPick's Urgent Support Line, which is published on their website, . However, no one answered the phone - rather it is recording telling you to e-mail them. I then immediately e-mailed the issue to *** I followed up with a second e-mail on June *** and also completed the "Email Support" form on their website. On June ***, I received an e-mail that said, "Thank you for reaching out and we apologize, we have reached out to the seller regarding your tickets. As soon as they update us we will let you know. " The e-mail from Adeleny included the same phone number, which I called. Similar to my previous experience, no one answered this line - instead I got the same recording. I immediately responded to the e-mail and demanded a refund, as the concert was in 3 days. There was no response. I sent a further e-mail on June ***, but there has been no response. The bottom line is that TickPick has collected my money and not provided the tickets, and the concert is today.

I had purchased two tickets for the concert originally scheduled for May 29, which was rescheduled for November 1. A day before the concert, I found out that my boat trip was leaving on the morning of November 1, and I immediately posted the tickets for sale on TickPick. I had two friends trying to buy them, but they encountered problems with the ticket transfer.
I tried calling the ticket office, but I couldn't get through. Then I noticed that my tickets had been removed from the for sale page. My roommate even went down to the concert ticket office to try to retrieve or purchase the tickets, but found the staff very unhelpful. As a result, the tickets went unused, and I tried to communicate the situation to the company, but they wouldn't work with me. I don't expect a refund; I was just hoping for a credit towards another concert. I don't think that's too much to ask.
I purchased two dodger tickets on 08/31/2022 Section 119 Row T plus the ticket protection for $482.00. The seller sent me tickets for Section ***. That same day I made attempts at getting help with no progress. The event is 09/2/2022 (Today) I made another attempt and yet have heard nothing back. All sells are final but I didnt receive the tickets I originally purchased. At this point I want a refund and I will no longer purchase from this sketchy site
This company uses bait and switch tactics. When purchasing a ticket online, I was quoted with one seat and once my ticket was purchased, it indicated in my email different seats. When I immediately contacted the company within 10 minutes of receiving the email, they told me there was nothing that could be done. They are unscrupulous and should not be allowed to cheap consumers under the guise that there are no refunds. There should be a class action suit taken against this company!
We bought tickets for a sports event on June 5, 2022
We bought tickets for a sports event on June 5, 2022. Our order number was omitted. TickPick sent us a link to a page on TickMaster for our tickets, but the link was broken. My wife contacted TickPick's customer service, who suggested several fixes, but none worked. They then promised to resend the tickets, but we received no further communication. On the game day, we couldn't reach TickPick via website or phone. We had to purchase alternative tickets since TickPick hadn't sent ours. We requested a refund, but TickPick blamed TicketMaster, refusing to penalize a reseller and thus penalizing us. They advised us to reach out to TicketMaster, who in turn told us to seek a refund from TickPick. We provided TickPick with evidence of non-receipt and TicketMaster's directive, but TickPick repeated their refusal to penalize a reseller. TickPick's BuyersTrust Guarantee, which assured timely ticket delivery, was not honored as their customer service was absent when we needed them.

TickPick will not allow me to delete or change my credit card details on file with them. I gave them this info when I was trying the service to sell concert tickets.I didn't like the service. I wanted to delete my credit card details but they do not allow this.I've written for help but have received no help. I completed a form, which is ridiculous, and after completing the form, the submit button is not highlighted so you cannot submit it. (The form is attached.)I do web site development and have tried to accomplish the same goal with three different browsers. I have never experienced anything similar to this. I do not trust TickPick, at all.
07/01/2022, I purchased 2 concert tickets for The Dirty Heads concert for July 16th and was delivered the wrong tickets. They would not change them or refund my money $294. I purchased tickets that said Row 1, seat 7 and 8. What I received was Lawn seats. Ive reached out the my credit card company numerous times but they could not get it resolved because of the merchants all sales are final disclosure. I immediately reached out to the merchant by phone spoke with *** who said oh we will fix that for you right away, took my email address to further discuss. But to my dismay through email he said oh your tickets are good. I said no these are not the seats I paid for. They kept blowing me off, I even inquired about why the order # is not the same as on the tickets. It basically was a bait and switch they advertised tickets with seating then delivered me Lawn seats. Ive uploaded all details. I want a refund. I attached documents I submitted to my credit card company trying to get a refund
I purchased concert tickets through TickPick on December 9. Due to Covid the concert was rescheduled numerous times. The concert is now occurring on July 23, 2022 however, the key performer, Florida Georgia Line, that I had purchased the concert tickets to see is no longer playing. I advised the vendor that the product and service I purchased is not being provided and therefore I would like a refund. They advised me that all sales are final and that they refused a refund. Unfortunately Im not receiving what I paid for and Im no longer able to sell the tickets because their value has diminished greatly due to the change in the artist lineup. Additionally I never received notification that the lineup had changed and that my performer had been removed I happened upon it when I was looking at the tickets with the anticipation of going to the show.
I bought tickets from them, i bought them several weeks ago. The tickets are now lost in the mail/fedex, ive talked to a representative from *** and they told me the label is off them and they cannot find them I have tried to get my money back from these people and they just tell me its still under investigation which they have been doing for over a week now. they have my money and they are refusing to refund it to me. Or Give me tickets that are equal or a Greater value as advertised
I purchased 3 tickets to an event in Indianapolis scheduled for 2020
I purchased 3 tickets to an event in Indianapolis scheduled for 2020. The event was postponed due to covid-19 . Then the new scheduled event date was permanently cancelled. I had a notice in my email that it had been cancelled and I was entitled a 110% refund. I called Ticketmaster they said it was purchased through ticpix I tried calling ticpix they still don't answer to this day. If you call them past regular business hours the voicemail says you have to call during business hours. If you call during business hours the voicemail says they are working around the clock to settle issues. You can never reach anyone. I tried the website the website keeps kicking me out I spent $276 1 tickets to an event that was cancelled and I am not the one who cancelled the event. Now no one wants to give me my guaranteed refund. I will never buy tickets from tick pics or vivid seats again. If someone asked me about take pics or vivid seats I will steer them away quickly! If I hear of an event coming up I will immediately start telling people to not purchase through take pics or vivid seats. This is ridiculous. This is highway robbery. This is A-Kon in my opinion. Get me once shame on you give me twice shame on me! Worse business experience I have ever had. And they get by with it how?

I bought three tickets to the Panthers vs. Nashville Predators game
I bought three tickets to the Panthers vs. Nashville Predators for Dec. 23. The game was postponed by the NHL due to COVID-19 concerns. TickPick won't refund or credit me as they claim it wasn't canceled. I must wait for a reschedule. However, I had plans for Dec. 23, which are now disrupted. These tickets were meant as a holiday gift for my kids. Moreover, rescheduling makes it tough to plan around school nights or custody dates. I spent $120, so I expect at least a credit from TickPick. I'm a regular customer, but I'll switch services if they don't accommodate my situation.

I bought tickets worth $498 on TickPick for an Eagles Event on 11/7
I bought tickets worth $498 on TickPick for an Eagles Event on 11/7. I receive a confirmation email on 11/5 that the sender sent my tickets via online, through the eagles/Ticketmaster app and I should get an email to access this information. I looked for the tickets on 11/6 and they were not in my account. I did not receive an email. I send an email to their support center and was told it was being investigated. I spoke to another person on 11/7 in the morning about the tickets and also through email. They said they would resend the tickets. Finally, 20 minutes before the start game I was able to speak to a manager on the phone who I gave my Ticketmaster account Information as proof that I dont have these tickets. He agreed there are no tickets and would send this to risk management to have this resolved by 11/9 and I would not be waiting long for a refund. Ive sent screen shots of my account, the lack of tickets, and gave my account information to the manager as proof. He assured me I shouldnt submit a dispute on my account for the charge, which at this point I have also done. I am still waiting for a refund. The manager now said it will take days to assess the situation by speaking to the seller. I have given all the proof I have to show I did not get the tickets and yet they must contact the seller? Its an irresponsible business.

I bought two tickets to a concert in early 2020 for $276 total
I bought two tickets to a concert in early 2020 for $276 total. The concert (5 Seconds of Summer) was postponed for 1 year due to Covid-19, then postponed for another year. I understand the need for postponing - this is not the point of my complaint. The tickets for the new date (6/18/22) were sent to my TickPick account via digital link. The link did not work "Dynamic Link Not Found" - I contacted TickPick and it took several days to receive a response. I was not planning to attend the concert so I wanted to list the tickets for sale. The terms and conditions state that if you list tickets for sale and do not deliver them, you will be charged 200% of the value. I was not willing to risk selling the tickets and not receiving a working link for them. Also, prior to reissuing the tickets, I learned that the current cost for the same section and row was now $59 per ticket (I paid $138 per ticket.) I believe TickPick could have reissued my tickets at this price, having kept my $276 for two years without actually issuing a ticket to me.My complaint is as follows 1. I was not issued tickets with sufficient time to resell them (2 days only between receiving new link and the concert day)2. TickPick charged me $276 for $118 tickets and wanted me to accept terms that I would be charged double if I was able to find a buyer but the digital link didn't work.

We bought tickets for an event at Arrowhead in 2020 but faced issues
We bought tickets using TickPick for an event at Arrowhead in 2020. The tickets were not delivered as the event was postponed. We were okay with that because we planned to sell them to a friend with new dates and got tickets through a different site for the US Bank concert. Then 2021 rolls around and the events are again postponed. We received a message prior to the event saying the tickets had been transferred. Didn't think anything of it because the event was postponed. Now, trying to find the transferred tickets for the event on July second, they are nowhere to be found. Contacted support and the response was trying to reach sellers. I have had to follow up multiple times to get a response and now the response is non-existent. We need to know if we have tickets or can get them since we already booked a sitter for this date to now go. If we can't get them, we planned to purchase plane tickets for a vacation elsewhere. I've messaged again submitting another message into customer service two days ago and no response. Reached out on social media and no response. They seem to be just ignoring me at this point. We'd like to go to the event if the tickets can be found or sell one of our sets to someone but we need to know if we have been scammed by sellers or what is going on to make a decision as a family. This has been extremely frustrating with customer service and we just want help and it to be resolved with communication.

My husband bought me tickets to the concert for Christmas (before the pandemic) may not be a lot of money for you but for him he had to save and could not have been more excited to surprise me. That present that he put soo much thought and money into have turned into a frustrating nightmare. We have been going back and forth about these tickets since the pandemic. I think it is horrible that we bought the insurance and it doesn't cover "Pandemics" in the fine print. The concert was canceled and rescheduled several times. We would never have bought tickets for father's day weekend. That is an important weekend for my family to get together and celebrate our fathers. Obviously doesn't matter to you! We have has such a bad experience that at this point we would not attend a *** concert if someone paid us. I hope this finds whoever made the decisions not to give refunds for concerts canceled/rescheduled due to the pandemic even if insurance was purchased or not. I will send my complaint to the Complaintsboard.com and *** organization. I have also included the *** fan club in the return email. I am sure he and his people would be very very disappointed in how you have been treating their fans. Especially during such an unprecedented, difficult and ever changing time. I cannot believe you have the arrogance to ask us to agree to a transfer...We do not approve the direct transfer but do expect a full refund.

Beyond frustrated with this company
Beyond frustrated with this company. My mom purchased tickets for us to go see silk sonic at the *** is ***. We do not live in *** so we had to buy plane tickets and book a hotel in *** in advance. The event is tomorrow, March 2nd, 2022 and we still do not have the tickets. A shipment was created by *** in *** on January 24th with no further details. To me this seems like a complete bait and switch. I have spoken to four different agents in the last two weeks. Ive sent multiple emails. No one is being helpful. The last person I spoke to told me that we are customers and that they will get us the tickets. Instead of using their own app to put the tickets into he said they will be sent via email. Then why have an app in the first place? Their website says you will have the tickets in I quote, ample time. The event is tomorrow at 9pm. Since we still do not have the tickets this is a lie that they give you ample time. My mom is 64 years old who purchased the ticket and it seems like they are trying to take advantage of her and commit elder abuse. We would like to be sent the tickets and fully reimbursed for our travel expenses since we never would have booked this trip if it wasnt to see Silk Sonic (***) via TickPick tickets. We have spent the last few months completely stressed out. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. This company should no longer be in business in my opinion. My mom was fully charged $1K for tickets that were never received.

On November 29, I placed 2 tickets or sale using the service TickPick, LLC
On November 29, I placed 2 tickets or sale using the service TickPick, LLC. On December 1, the tickets sold on that site. The tickets also sold on another site around the same time. I reached out to TickPick by email and asked about the cancellation policy. I received an email from *** R saying I cannot cancel the sale and that I could offer replacement tickets. Before I could even read the email and only 10 minutes after her first email, *** emailed again to let me know that she "only" charged my credit card $262 as a penalty. I replied to both emails in about an hour to offer 2 replacement tickets in the same section 3 rows up. I never received a reply. I called TickPick on December 2 and was initially told that charge would be reversed since I wasn't given an opportunity to reply to the initial email and offer replacement tickets. However, *** emailed me back later in the day to let me know that no one, not even a manager, can refund these types of charges. The $262 charge was improper because my initial email to TickPick only asked about the cancelation policy. I did not state that I was not going through with the sale. If I would have known I was going to be charged $262, I would have gone through with the sale on TickPick and cancelled the sale on the other site. Even if I did confirm that I was not going through with the sale, the TickPick User Agreement states that I have the right to offer comparable replacement tickets. I was never given that opportunity. Instead, *** went ahead and unilaterally cancelled the sale, then charged my credit card $262 without my consent or authorization. TickPick told me that it is impossible to refund the $262 charge to my credit card, not even a manager could do it and that is their final decision.

I bought NBA game tickets for a Chicago event in February , set for March.
I bought tickets in February for an NBA game in Chicago scheduled for March. When the NBA first postponed their season, I contacted TickPick to understand the policy for ticketholders. I was told by Adelany M. that until the NBA officially cancelled the season, refunds were not possible. As the original game date passed, I reached out again and was directed by Kate P. to their website's updated COVID-19 policies. This exchange continued for weeks. Once the NBA season was cancelled, I tried contacting them through phone, email, and Facebook, but responses were slow. Finally, Andi S. replied to my email, again pointing me to their policy which hadn't been updated. I sent a screenshot showing the NBA's cancellation but got no reply. That night, an automated message informed me I could request credit or a refund. In June, I asked for a refund and was told to expect an email from TickPick within 30 days. Now in July, I've received nothing. Calls, Facebook messages, and emails go unanswered, though they respond to positive comments on their page. I've been patient, but the lack of communication and my unreturned $400 is unacceptable.

We bought concert tickets through TickPicks for $978.58
We bought concert tickets through TickPicks on 04/15/2022 for $978.58. We got a link for the tickets on 07/29/2022 with download instructions. The link failed, and we didn't get our tickets. We contacted TickPicks; they said it might take 24 hours. They assured us we'd get the tickets before the concert at 19:00 on 07/30/2022. On the day, we spent seven hours calling customer service without a working link. TickPicks blamed Ticketmaster for the issue. By evening, we asked TickPicks for a refund, but they refused, promising the tickets would arrive. We never got the tickets and kept asking for a refund. TickPicks offered a 'Site Credit' of $904.00, which we declined due to their unreliable service and poor customer handling. We rarely attend such events; we were excited for this one. We only want a $978.58 refund from TickPicks and will pursue other options until refunded.

Bought tickets on July 9th and never received tickets. They said the investigated and the proof the seller provided was a screenshot that was clearly altered. AXS confirmed tickets were never transferred to me. I was forced to buy tickets at the door as well.
Bought two tickets to Taylor Swift. $2880. Confirmed tickets - but could not access link to download. Never got it to work. No help from customer support.
