Disappointing Experience at Rangers Game: Scowling Security Guard and Misleading Seats
I recently moved to Texas and decided to go see the Rangers play. I was excited to have front row seats on the third base side, but when I got there, I realized that the seats were actually row 3. The tickets matched the row number, but I was disappointed that there were two rows of "special seats" in front of us.
To make matters worse, the security guard in our area was an old guy with a gun and a badge who was not very nice to people. He kept checking people's tickets, shooing kids with gloves away, and scowling throughout the game. Maybe it was just too hot for him, but he was not a friendly guy. Guns and badges can make people act that way, I guess.
Luckily, there was a very nice older man working in section 16 who kept an eye on the kids and even helped a young kid get a baseball. It was heartwarming to see him do that, especially under the watchful scowl of the security guard.
I think the security guard needs to get a grip and remember that baseball is all about enjoying the game and watching kids dream of future opportunities. Oh, and by the way, the Rangers lost. It was a sad time for all of us. They didn't even seem to be trying, maybe because it was All-Star week.
Overall, I don't think I'll ever pay for those seats again, and I'll try to sit far away from the scowling security guard. It was a disappointing experience, but I still love baseball and will continue to go to games.
EventTicketsCenter Review: Frustrating Experience with Delayed Ticket Delivery and Lack of Communication
I recently had an experience with EventTicketsCenter (eventticketscenter.com) that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I purchased tickets for a comedy show scheduled for Friday, 10/22/21, on 9/9/21. I received an email confirming that my order was processed and that my tickets would be ready on 9/10/21. However, that date came and went, and I still had not received my tickets.
After waiting for a few weeks, I decided to reach out to the company via email. I received an automated response stating that they were experiencing a high volume of emails and that they would address them in order of priority based on the event date. I waited patiently for a response, but none came.
As the week of the event approached, I became increasingly worried. I called both numbers listed on the confirmation emails, but I was disconnected several times. On one occasion, I received a message stating that they were too busy and to call back later. I was starting to feel like I had been scammed.
That's when I stumbled upon this site and realized that I was not alone in my frustration. I began to worry that I might not receive my tickets in time for the event. These tickets were a birthday gift for my husband, and I had already made other financial obligations, such as booking an Airbnb rental, to attend the event. It was not in the same state we live in, so it was a significant expense.
On Wednesday, 10/20/21, I decided to purchase other tickets for the show that were better seats and $100 cheaper. I couldn't risk not having tickets at all. On the day of the event, the tickets I had purchased from EventTicketsCenter were finally ready at 3 pm. The show started at 7:30 pm, so it was a close call.
Throughout this entire experience, I never received any communication from EventTicketsCenter regarding my specific issue. I was left to wonder if my tickets would ever arrive. It was frustrating and unacceptable. If I had received a call back or an email update on the progress of my tickets, I wouldn't have had to purchase additional tickets "just in case."
In conclusion, I would not recommend EventTicketsCenter to anyone. The lack of communication and the delay in ticket delivery caused unnecessary stress and financial burden. I hope that they can do better in the future and improve their customer service.
Great Performance, Poor Communication: My Experience at NRG Arena
I had a great time at the performance, but the Admissions Team at NRG Arena could have done better with communication. I stood in the hot sun for 45 minutes because someone decided that only people with "Magic Tickets" could come in, even though they had already allowed people with regular tickets to enter the Arena at "Magic Ticket" time. I'm not sure how many people got in, but it seemed like a lot. I didn't buy "Magic tickets" for myself or my husband, only for my son and grandson. My husband and I weren't interested in going "on the floor," we just wanted to get inside and out of the hot sun. However, we weren't allowed in until 1pm, after the "Magic ticket" time had ended.
When we finally got inside, I asked who sat in the regular seats while floor time was going on, and the answer was no one. They actually scanned my ticket to get in, then told my husband he couldn't accept his ticket. We had to go to the end of the line and wait until the 1pm deadline to get in. Of course, my ticket couldn't be scanned a second time, and then the scanner didn't work. When I told the "manager" that employees had just let a lot of people inside without "Magic Tickets," his answer was, "well, I just got here." Some employees said yes, you can come in when everyone else does, you just can't go on the floor, while others said no, you can't come in. Several employees thought it was funny, but it wasn't. Even the ladies who were there to sing the National Anthem were told the same thing and had to stand in the sun.
Overall, it wasn't good PR at all. As much as my family enjoyed the Globe Trotters, I will think twice about spending my money at NRG Arena for any event in the future.
Terrible Experience with EventTicketsCenter - Overcharged and Misled on Seat Availability
I had a really bad experience with EventTicketsCenter. I wouldn't recommend buying from them. They charged me $107 per ticket, which was $30 more than what Ticketmaster charged. But I was willing to pay the extra because they said they had closer seats available. After ridiculous fees were added, 2 tickets ended up being $287.23.
The problem came when the customer service agent wouldn't release the actual seat number to me, just the section and row. She said I had to wait for an email saying that the tickets were available. The charge was done while I was on the phone. So I waited and an hour and a half later I received an email saying that the tickets were not available. They offered me a $20 discount per ticket on a section that was extremely far away or a refund. I requested a refund and received no email response, so I called. The rep told me that I had to respond to the email, which was the seller. The email address was from ***@eventticketsco.com!
After being lied to by 2 reps and hung up on by one, I received an email from "customer support" that told me that I would get a refund within 7 days. I ended up purchasing tickets from Ticketmaster (an actual ticket site that delivers your tickets immediately to you) and I am still waiting on my refund. Fyi they run more than one fake ticket company website so be careful!
Disappointing Experience with EventTicketsCenter: Late Delivery, Hidden Fees, and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased tickets for an event through EventTicketsCenter (eventticketscenter.com). Initially, I was a bit hesitant to use this vendor as I had a bad experience with my previous ticket vendor, Tix City. However, I decided to give it a try and placed my order with payment on January 12th for an event on May 29th.
As the event date approached, I became increasingly worried as I had not received any e-tickets from EventTicketsCenter. I sent an email to their customer service team but received no response. I decided to call them on May 30th and spoke to a woman who apologized for the delay and assured me that I would receive my tickets by the end of their business day, which was 6pm. However, 6pm came and went, and I still had not received my tickets.
I continued to email and leave messages but received no response. The day before the event, I still had not received my tickets and was driving six hours to attend. I called EventTicketsCenter again and was told that I would receive my tickets by the end of the day. However, I found this unacceptable and called back again. Finally, at 6:45pm, I received an email with my tickets to download.
I was extremely frustrated with the entire experience. I had paid double the actual ticket price, was charged a $7.95 "shipping fee," and $40 "additional fees," which were not disclosed until after I submitted my payment. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Despite the stressful experience leading up to the event, the event itself was incredible. However, I will be sure to never again purchase tickets unless it is from a well-known or highly acclaimed vendor.
EventTicketsCenter Review: Frustrating Experience with Canceled Concert and Poor Customer Service
So, I recently had an experience with EventTicketsCenter that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I was all set to attend a concert, but then I received a notification just four hours before the show was supposed to start that it had been canceled indefinitely. Now, I wouldn't have been so upset if I hadn't seen multiple articles online saying that the concert had actually been canceled three days prior. Why wasn't I notified then? Well, apparently they "don't know."
To make matters worse, I called to get a refund since the email I received said that the concert had been canceled and postponed indefinitely. But when I called, I was told that the email was also wrong and that the concert had actually been rescheduled for a later date. This was four months ago, and when I called back recently to check on the status, I was met with more frustration and rudeness.
Now, I understand that the customer service representative I spoke with wasn't responsible for the mistake, but I do expect a certain level of service when I pay a 15% service fee to buy tickets. I don't expect to be reimbursed for gas or anything like that, but a simple apology or email acknowledging the mistake and letting me know that they were still working on it would have been nice. Instead, I was met with radio silence or abrasive denial of any responsibility.
Look, I get it. Mistakes happen. But as a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and empathy. I don't think that's too much to ask. Unfortunately, my experience with EventTicketsCenter has left me feeling like I can't trust them to provide that level of service. I won't be using their service again in the future.
Disastrous Experience at Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias Concert: A Review of EventTicketsCenter
Hey there,
I'm Esmeralda Kaiteris and I wanted to share my experience with EventTicketsCenter. I purchased 5 tickets for the Pitbull and Enrique Iglesias concert at the Allstate Arena on March 22, 2017. The total charge on my credit card was $453.50. Unfortunately, the night turned out to be a disaster.
When we arrived at the show, we found that our seats were already taken by another group who had the same seats as us. It was really confusing because there were 11 of us in total and my friend had purchased the other 6 tickets. Her tickets were not even valid at the door and they were not allowed in for the first half of the show. It turned out that someone had copied her ticket information and had already been scanned in as valid before we arrived. We had to explain our purchases to everyone so that they could understand that my friend's tickets were real but someone had downloaded her info and made it look fraudulent.
After that, we finally made it up to our section and seats, but there were people in them who refused to move. We called security and he told us to go and stand by the emergency exit door because our seats were taken by others. We were all so upset and mad. We paid for our tickets, so what did we get in return? Our night was ruined. I myself have a disability, with 6 herniated disks in my back, and I needed to be able to sit when needed. Instead, we all stood on stairs that led out of the arena show, and for a seat, I was given a stool with no back support at all.
We would all like a refund on our tickets. We are so disappointed with how everything was managed and what we were told to do instead of being offered other seats. Some of us even left early because we just got tired of standing during Enrique's ballad songs and the hour-long wait for him to come on. Please let me know how you would like to handle this matter. I have already called my credit card company to start a claim against the charges of the 5 tickets I purchased.
Thank you,
Esmeralda Kaiteris

U2 Concert Review: A Night of Legendary Music and Unforgettable Memories
Hey there, fellow music lovers!
I just had the most amazing experience of my life thanks to EventTicketsCenter (eventticketscenter.com). I finally got to see U2 live in concert, and it was everything I ever dreamed of and more. As a long-time fan, I have been waiting for this moment for years, and it did not disappoint.
The concert was held at a beautiful venue with amazing acoustics. The sound was so clear and crisp that I felt like I was right there on stage with the band. I was so impressed that I stayed for about a half hour after the concert just to soak it all in. The energy in the room was electric, and I could feel the love and appreciation from the crowd for these legendary musicians.
I have to give a special shoutout to Larry Mullen Jr., the drummer for U2. He is an absolute master of his craft, and watching him play was a thing of beauty. I could feel the passion and dedication he has for his music, and it was truly inspiring. I yelled out "WE LOVE YOU" to the band, and I hope they heard it because it's true. We, the collective consciousness, love U2.
After the concert, I met some hilarious guys in the parking lot who were having the time of their lives. They even paid me for my last two Djarum Clove Vanilla Cigars because they loved the smell so much. One of them even claimed to be Larry's uncle, but I highly doubt it. People always throw out celebrity names like old bath water, but it was still a funny moment that made me laugh and smile.
Overall, I would rate the evening a 100 out of 10. It was a beautiful day, and I will never forget it. Thank you, U2, for creating such a momentous and riveting evening. And thank you, EventTicketsCenter, for making it all possible. I can't wait to see what other amazing concerts you have in store for us.
Disappointing Experience with Event Tickets Center: Jidenna Concert Review
I went to the Jidenna concert on 8/21/2017 at the Observatory in Santa Ana, CA, and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. I purchased two tickets from Event Tickets Center, one for myself and one for my wife, and downloaded them as instructed. However, when we arrived at the venue and presented our e-tickets, we were told that they had to be unblocked. We were directed to the box office, where we were told that our tickets were not valid and that we would have to purchase new ones in order to be admitted. This was a huge inconvenience, and it cost us an additional $50.00 to get in.
To make matters worse, when I downloaded the tickets, I noticed that the purchaser's name was listed as Robert Pancheri, and the credit card used was American Express. I did not use American Express to purchase the tickets; I used my Visa card. When I called Event Tickets Center to inquire about this, I was told that it was standard procedure for a third-party seller to purchase and resell tickets, and that my tickets were valid. Clearly, this was not the case.
I contacted Event Tickets Center again after the concert, and was told to have the Observatory manager contact ***@myticketstracker.com to explain what had happened. I spoke directly to the manager, who agreed to contact the fulfillment email that night and cc me on the communication. However, I have not heard anything further from either party.
Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Event Tickets Center. I had to pay extra money to get into the concert, and the tickets I purchased were not valid. I hope that the company will resolve this situation, as I will be contacting my credit card company if it is not resolved soon. My order number was [protected], and the pin number I used to download the tickets was [protected]. I have retained both the email notification to download the tickets and the downloaded tickets themselves. Please let me know if you need any further information.
The Eagles 2018 Tour: A Tribute to Glenn Frey and a Magical Experience
I gotta say, if you're looking for a good time, you gotta check out the 2018 Eagles concert tour. I mean, these guys are legends! But before you head out to the venue, you gotta do your homework. You gotta know the history of the band and its members. I'm not gonna bore you with Wikipedia facts, but let me tell you, the Eagles have achieved true greatness. And if you're lucky enough to see them live, you gotta tell everyone you know about it. Especially your kids! They gotta know what real music is all about.
Now, some people might think of the Eagles as just another rock band. But they're so much more than that. These guys are true artists. They understand the concept of synergy. You know, the idea that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. And let me tell you, the Eagles have some of the greatest musicians in the world. When they come together, it's magic.
The 2018 Eagles tour is a tribute to the band's co-founder, Glenn Frey. And with his son Deacon now touring with the band, it's like Glenn is still with them in spirit. But let me tell you, there's no replacing Glenn Frey. His talent was one of a kind. But the Eagles have found a way to honor his memory and keep the music alive. And it's all thanks to the incredible talent of the musicians on stage.
Don Henley and Timothy B. Schmit are voices you've heard your whole life. And they still sound amazing. Joe Walsh is a true rockstar. And Vince Gill? Let me tell you, that guy is something special. He fits in with the Eagles like he's been there all along.
Now, here's a little tip for you. If you want the best experience, get seats further back from the stage. Trust me, the sound and talent is best experienced from afar. You can see the whole picture in one glance. And there's so much going on up there on stage. You don't want to miss a thing.
So, if you're looking for a good time, go see the Eagles. You won't regret it.

They never gave us our tickets! We spent over $800.00 to go to the Danish String Quartet. It was in Orono, Maine. Plus I took time off work. They did not even know if they could get the tickets until the day of the concert. We made hotel reservations that were not refundable three days in advance! All together they cost us over $1400.00 in lost wages and hotel fees plus the fuel to go 200 miles south. I can not even find an address for the company in order to sue them. The concert was on November 10th, 2023 @ 7:00 pm. They are a joke. This should be illegal. None of the representatives spoke very good English. They did not know until two hours before the concert that they did not have the tickets. This is a scam!
Claimed loss: $1400.00
Desired outcome: I want reimbursed for our lost wages, hotel, fuel, food expenses. We never got to go to the concert!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Beware of EventTicketsCenter: Overpriced Tickets and Deceptive Practices
I was in a hurry to buy tickets for an upcoming event and quickly searched on Google for a website that could help me. EventTicketsCenter was the first website that popped up, so I decided to give it a try. The tickets were priced at around $45 each, and the service charge was about $15 per ticket. However, when I printed the tickets, I noticed that the face value was only $25. I was shocked to find out that my friend, who bought his ticket directly from TicketFly, paid only the face value of the ticket plus an $8 service fee.
I must say, EventTicketsCenter, your SEO tricks are impressive, but you won't ever fool me again. I will make sure to warn everyone I know to avoid your "service" at all times. I paid twice the amount I would have paid if I had just bought the tickets from TicketFly. To make matters worse, the tickets I received were labeled TicketFly, which made me wonder why I even bothered with EventTicketsCenter in the first place.
It's clear that this website acts as an unnecessary middleman between people and TicketFly, and leeches money from unsuspecting customers. It's disgusting to see how they take advantage of people who are in a hurry or don't know any better. I hope others will learn from my mistake and avoid EventTicketsCenter at all costs.

Disappointing Experience with Event Ticket Center: No Refund for Cancelled Concert
Event Ticket Center is a company that sells tickets for various events. I recently had an experience with them that left me feeling disappointed. I purchased tickets for a concert that was later cancelled and rescheduled for a date that I could not attend. Unfortunately, Event Ticket Center did not offer me a refund for my tickets. Instead, they suggested that I try to resell them on Ticketsalessupport.com. However, due to the short notice of the cancellation and rescheduling, I was unable to do so.
In contrast, my friends who had purchased their tickets directly from Ticketmaster were able to receive full refunds without any questions asked. Not only that, but they paid $22 less for their tickets than I did through Event Ticket Center. This left me feeling frustrated and regretful for not buying my tickets directly from Ticketmaster.
I would not recommend using Event Ticket Center as they do not bring any value to their customers. In fact, their ticket prices are higher than Ticketmaster's. Save yourself the hassle and buy your tickets directly from the event's official website or from Ticketmaster.
Mixed Experience with EventTicketsCenter: Easy Purchase but Printing Concerns
It was pretty easy to buy the tickets from EventTicketsCenter, but I got a bit worried when I found out that the tickets might not come until the day of the concert. We were gonna be on vacation at a hotel for the concert, and I've had bad experiences with hotel printers before. They're always out of paper or the printer's broken or something. So I called them up a second time and finally talked to someone who said they'd put a note on the file to send the tickets as soon as possible so we could print them before we left. That was nice, but I was still worried until we got the tickets. We couldn't use our phones for the tickets, so it was a relief when we finally got them.
The concert itself was great, though. We had VIP parking and lounge access, which was awesome. But I'm not sure if I'd use EventTicketsCenter again in the future. The printing issue was a big concern for me, and it might limit my willingness to travel for concerts or use this website again. I might try StubHub next time to save some money and avoid the worry.
NCAA Women's Regional Basketball Tournament: A Good Time with Some Issues
I went to the NCAA Women's regional basketball tournament and I gotta say, it was a pretty good time. The lady who helped me get my tickets and parking did a decent job, but there were some issues. Apparently, the event was sold out except for a few scattered tickets in the arena. I ended up buying two tickets for $53.00 each and a parking spot for $15.00. But then they hit me with some extra fees that I wasn't expecting. By the time everything was said and done, my tickets ended up costing over $75 and my parking was almost $35.00! That's just crazy if you ask me.
But even with all that, I still enjoyed watching my team play. The only thing that really bothered me was seeing how empty the arena was. There were only 7,000 people in a 17,000 seat arena! If I had known that beforehand, I definitely wouldn't have paid for parking. There were plenty of $10.00 parking spots just a couple blocks away from the arena. It's a shame I didn't know that earlier.
But I have to say, the Spirit Center is a really nice venue. It's beautiful both inside and out. If you're ever in the area and looking for a place to catch a game or a show, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. Just be prepared for some crazy fees if you're buying tickets through EventTicketsCenter.
EventTicketsCenter: Fraudulent Practices and Scamming Customers Out of Money
I recently attended a comedy show in Boston, MA and purchased my tickets through EventTicketsCenter on October 1st, 2019. I was sent a link to claim my ticket, which I accepted. However, to my dismay, I later found out that the ticket transfer was accepted by another email address that was not mine. I was extremely frustrated and confused, as I had spent a lot of money on two tickets totaling $416.
For an entire month, I spoke with the seller and Ticketmaster to try and resolve the issue. However, EventTicketsCenter kept telling me that I had claimed the ticket and couldn't tell me where the ticket was. I was at my wit's end and didn't know what to do. The day of the event, I showed up at the box office hoping they could help me, but they said my name wasn't on the information at all.
Finally, I spoke with a great guy over at Ticket Astee, who told us that the ticket I was trying to claim was actually sold to two different parties. Another couple ended up going with our tickets, and we were left with no way to attend the show. I was eight months pregnant at the time and had driven all the way to Boston for no reason.
I am extremely disappointed with EventTicketsCenter and their fraudulent practices. They sell the same tickets to different people and scam innocent customers out of their hard-earned money. I will be reporting them as fraud on my credit card and warning everyone to stay away from them. It's a shame that a company like this can get away with such unethical behavior.
EventTicketsCenter Review: Hidden Fees and Obstructed View Ruined Experience
I recently bought two tickets for a special Father's Day gift from EventTicketsCenter. The price was a bit steep at $630.00, but I was willing to pay for the occasion. However, during checkout, I was hit with a whopping $207.90 third-party service fee that I wasn't expecting. I was disappointed to find out that cancelling the order wasn't an option, and the only solution was to resell the tickets.
To make matters worse, my ticket order wasn't available until a few days before the scheduled event. I was getting anxious and worried that I wouldn't receive them in time. As time went by, I just chalked it up to a live and learn situation.
When I finally received the tickets, I was excited to see that they were in row "10". However, upon arriving at our seats, we discovered that we had an obstructed view of sound equipment and tents. The seating chart did not truly reflect the seating situation, nor was I informed of the obstructed view. It was disappointing to be in row "10" and have to look at a TV monitor to get a clear view of the show.
Despite the obstructed view, Kid Rock did deliver a great show, but was limited to the stage area due to the same sound system obstruction as our view. I was disappointed that I couldn't fully enjoy the show due to the obstructed view. Had I chosen to resell my tickets to later find out they were in an obstructed view, I'm sure it would have been disastrous!
Overall, my experience with EventTicketsCenter was not the best. The hidden fees and obstructed view made it a less than ideal experience. I would caution anyone considering purchasing tickets from this site to do their research and be aware of any potential issues before making a purchase.
EventTickets Review: Decent Website, Poor Customer Service
EventTickets is a website where you can buy tickets for various events. They sent me an email saying that my tickets had been transferred to me and gave me some tips on how to find the email from the seller. However, I did not receive any email or text message with instructions on how to get the tickets from the seller. I searched and looked very carefully but could not find anything. I decided to call their customer service number, but I had to listen to their inane music loop for 40 minutes before I could speak to someone. Finally, the automated message told me that they would call me back and save my place in line. But guess what? I would receive that call within the next 48 hours! LOL. The game was today, and I was getting worried.
After trying random things for a while, I finally got my tickets. I logged in to Ticket Events with the PIN they sent in their email. On their website, under the ticket status (or something like that), I found the contact seller link. When I sent them a message, they replied with instructions. I installed the app and got the tickets. But this was supposed to happen two weeks ago! I was a bit frustrated with the whole process.
As I was editing this review, I just got a call back from Ticket Events support center. So, it didn't actually take 48 hours. It's been a frustrating few hours dealing with this, though. Overall, I would say that EventTickets is a decent website to buy tickets from, but their customer service could be better. I hope they improve their communication with customers in the future.
Terrible Experience with EventTicketsCenter: No QR Code, Poor Customer Service, and No Refund
I recently purchased a ticket for $92 from EventTicketsCenter (eventticketscenter.com) and unfortunately, it was a waste of my hard-earned money. I was never sent a QR code, despite the company's insistence that it was sent. I reached out to customer service via email and spoke to four different representatives, but was just run around in circles. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.
I have to say, this company seems a bit fishy to me. They finally gave me the code almost 24 hours after the concert, but then refused to refund me because they claimed they had a record of sending it. I call bull$#*! on that, because I never received it and therefore couldn't even enter the concert. It seems like they should be able to tell if the code was scanned or not, but apparently not.
To make matters worse, the customer service was absolutely terrible. I've never had such a bad experience with a company before. I would have been willing to give them another chance if they had fixed the problem they caused, but I will never purchase from them again. I plan to leave reviews wherever I can to warn others about this company and make sure my friends and family don't get scammed either.
Honestly, I expected this outcome given how the customer service reps sounded like they hated their jobs. Only one person seemed remorseful and promised that the company would do the right thing, but that was not the case. I was just told the same thing over and over again until the woman on the phone hung up on me. It was an awful experience all around.
Disappointing Experience with EventTicketsCenter: Poor Policies and Unprofessional Customer Service
I recently had an experience with EventTicketsCenter that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I had purchased tickets to attend a GI show, spending over $300 in the process. Unfortunately, the show was canceled, and I immediately reached out to the company to inquire about a refund.
To my surprise, I was informed that I would not be receiving a refund for the postponed show. The representative I spoke with explained that the company does not control when shows are postponed, and therefore cannot offer refunds in these situations. I was shocked and upset, as I had no idea that this was their policy.
I understand that the company cannot control when shows are postponed, but I was disappointed that they were not willing to work with me to find a solution. I explained that I was unsure if I would be able to attend the rescheduled show due to my work schedule, and that I had already rearranged my schedule to attend the original show. However, the representative was not willing to budge on their policy.
While I understand that the company has policies in place for a reason, I was frustrated that they were not willing to make an exception in my case. I felt like I had been ripped off, as I had spent a significant amount of money on tickets that I may not even be able to use.
Overall, I would caution others against using EventTicketsCenter for their ticketing needs. While they may have a wide selection of events and shows available, their policies regarding postponed shows are not customer-friendly. I was disappointed with the way my situation was handled, and would not recommend this company to others.
Additionally, I was taken aback by the unprofessionalism of the representative I spoke with. She accused me of being unprofessional, despite the fact that I was simply expressing my frustration with the situation. I believe that it is the responsibility of the company to handle these types of situations in a professional and courteous manner, and I was disappointed that this was not the case.
In conclusion, I would advise others to be cautious when using EventTicketsCenter for their ticketing needs. While they may have a wide selection of events available, their policies regarding postponed shows and unprofessional customer service leave much to be desired.
Re-directed to this third party vendor and charged 4-times the original amount.
We looked for tickets for the Atwood Concert Hall in Anchorage, AK and somehow got redirected to this site on 17 December 2022 for an event on 15 February 2023. Feel they hijacked the site or search engine. They come off as the event center but are a THIRD-PARTY vendor that charges four times the cost of any tickets and terrible seats.
Their response was "we could re-sell the tickets" on ebay. Not sure how we got directed to their site, but it is a TOTAL SCAM.
NEVER intended to use their site. Convinced we were redirected to their site illegally. Called the company after the sale (17 Dec '22). Then disputed the sale w/ my credit card (17 Dec '22) 75+ days prior to the show. They take 90-days to work through a dispute.
Desired outcome: Return our $408. Directed to their site illegally and charged four times the ticket cost. SCAM!
Diana Krall concert Oct 16 in Greensboro NC
On May 15th I searched for tickets for the Dianna Krall concert in Greensboro Nc scheduled for Oct 16, 2022.
I bought two tickets. Order #[protected]. As far as I can remember the seats I was purchasing were not specified. Only that they were in the Grand tier section on row R. the ticket cost was $240 each.
On May 27th I get a notice saying my tickets were being transferred to Ticketmaster and the fee for both tickets, taxes etc ballooned to $692.
At the time and not having attended any concerts in years, that wow.. sure is pricey but given this was a special occasion for my wife and I it seemed like a cost I would have to bear.
So last Sunday, we find our that the SAME TICKETS could have been bought for $75 each! Huge freaking difference!
Why is your company charging such exorbitant prices? Knowing that I way overpaid and we sat so far back really made for a disappointing evening
Desired outcome: I should be compensated for the difference in ticket prices at a minimum. Should be completely refunded in reality as we were too far back to enjoy the concert
Tickets purchased for Outlaw Music Festival
I purchased two tickets on for the Outlaw Music Festival on 05/29/2021. There were no restrictions on attending the Event. On 08/18/2021 I received an Email from the venue stating that proof of COVID-19 vaccination was required or proof that a negative COVID-19 test (No earlier than 72 hours from the event) would be required for entry into the concert. I asked Ticketmaster for a refund. They sent an Email to me stating the refund is on its way and would be applied to the say method of payment that I had used to make the payment. Since I purchased the tickets through EventTicketsCenter; I assume they will receive the refund for the ticket purchase. I have sent 3 emails to EventTicketsCenter and they have not replied. Please refund my money due to breach of contract. These stipulations were not in place when I made my purchase and are now denying me use of the tickets through no fault of my own.
Desired outcome: Refund my purchase price of $390.33
used tickets
I regret I hadn' read the reviews first. It would have prevented me from everything.
They sold me used tickets!
What I mean is when I went to the concert and gave the tickets to a person who was checking them, he said that my tickets were already used by someone who came a little earlier than me.
I thought that tickets were supposed to be unique.
So I missed the concert and it sucks!
Now I see that I wasn't the only one with the same issue.
ripoff
Be careful with them, they are dishonest. Unfortunately, they don't deserve any bit of trust.
I purchased 3 tickets for our family and it turned out that our tickets were used and printed several times. It means that other people who made a purchase before us had original ones and got to the concert.
That's how we were cheated by this company, they don't refund because the tickets are used.
Feeling terrible. We're out of money and emotions...
Ridiculous
Wow, too bad. Shocking service.
It took them one month to understand when they would find time to deliver my tickets and... never delivered them.
There was one way how to get the tickets without bringing them to me. I needed to print them out, even though I paid for this delivery, but oh well, had no time, I understood I would never receive them, had to find a way. I knew they didn't care at all. Asked them to do it. Their response took 3 days. They agreed and said they would send the tickets tomorrow. But it was the event on that day. So tough to them to send my tickets via email on the same day? It's beyond my understanding. The event took place in another city and I had no opportunity to print the tickets out.
Thank you for putting me in an awkward situation. I hate you.
Avoid this terrible website!
Too bad I did not see the reviews before I ordered from this scam website www.eventticketscenter.com. First of all they charged me twice for one and the same ticket and the second was that I never received my ticket!
When I contacted EventTicketsCenter support and demanded my money back they did not reply. These people robbed me and they still have my money and it really seems like they don't care. Avoid this terrible website!
Wrong ticket!
I have purchased a ticket to a show and paid for my VIP seat. But I received an ordinary ticket and it was not even VIP! But they charged me as if it was a VIP ticket. I found out about that only on a show day and was totally disappointed. When I contacted EventTicketsCenter customer service they called me a liar and said that if I was telling the truth that I would have contacted them earlier. I had no chance to do that because I really wanted to see the show, so I contacted them only after the show was over. Awful site!
Very unprofessional service!
I ordered tickets for myself and some friends of mine to a show. First, they charged $300 from my card, but didn't book anything. Few days later I decided to contact them because no tickets were received. Their rep apologized and said that seats were already bought and their system didn't update it, so they had to cancel my order. Then they said there was nothing they could do. Called them many times and wanted to talk to a manager, but every time I called manager was very busy to talk! After asking to speak to someone higher than the call center rep, I was told no. I will never order from EventTicketsCenter again!
