I recently visited your office on bustleton and county line road phila. I informed the tech I had one physical prescription and one standing order. She told me she had no record of that order. I informed her I had already had these same labs done once but had called my doctor the day before to make sure they were sent. They told me if labcore didn't have it ask them to call them. I informed the tech of this. She refused and demanded I call saying there wasn't enough time. I called had my doctor on In 2 min. She I'm the mean time continued to yell at me for coming In late. (I came in at 2 o clock) I then informed her I called the office early this mourning and there was no answer I left a message for call back all to avoid this very problem. Received no call back. That seemed to make her extremely angry and she yelled some more that I came in to late. She then started talking over my doctors office with the second tech also yelling from the back. The second tech came over took over the call and had a 5 min conversation where they agreed all my doctor had to do was resend the lab request. Before the call ended the first tech started yelling at the phone she would not take labs until she had paperwork. This is everything that was clearly just figured out and over with. After the call I told her her attitude was unacceptable and most of what she was yelling was unproductive unprofessional and unnecessary. I didn't get their names but the first tech was a younger Indian women and the second tech was older. I would like to see the company take some course of action the prevent this hostile Customer service in the future and this employee to be reprimanded

At this location staff are very rude I always say that I will never come back here but it's the closest to my house... I wish the lady would be replaced with someone that likes their job! I watched her while I was waiting yelling at people... Older ppl... And any kind of people in 30 minutes all she did was yelling and being miserable! I never make complaints but this is the 4th time when I come here and watched her being so mean! Her name is nydia or something like that... She barely gave me her name...
