My mother and I went into the SUNOCO located at 7434 Ogontz Avenue 19138. I gave my mother my bank card to purchase chips and gas. Cost of chips totaled $4 and Gas purchase was $30. I stood at the pump and waited to pump. Nothing came out. At this same time a woman in the pump next to mine was complaining about no gas coming out (#3). I noticed nothing was coming out of my pump (#4). My mother went back inside as well as the woman from pump #3. They both spoke to the Joe and another woman about no gas. Joe explained that there was NO CHARGE and "NOTHING CAME OFF OF THE CARD" My mother said she asked him again to be sure "Nothing came off?" he replied "Nothing" and he printed a receipt to show only the $4 for the chips. I went up 7900 Ogontz to another Sunoco and got gas with no problem. Today, 12/30/2018 I went to make a purchase and noticed some funds missing. I logged into my bank account and saw the $34 was taken from Sunoco 19138.
Today I went back into the Sunoco at 7434 Ogontz to speake to a Joe or anything of of your Customer Services Representatives. I was told that Joe was off and would not return until after the new year however I was approached by Lisa Dozier. She was antagonistic and unwilling to assist me. I got the feeling she was unsure of how to resolve this problem therefore she became defensive and took my issue personal. I just wanted a resolution and my money returned. That's it. She raised her voice at me and refused to assist me in anyway. Finally telling me that she needed to speak to my mother. I couldn't understand this if I had my bank statement and the two receipt from the sales transactions. She made this situation worse for me and I am highly upset. I'm shocked. I've never had a bad experience with Sunoco and she should NOT be the face for Customer Service.
