Hello,
First, I apologize that I did not share this directly with the manager, but I was in the store on my lunch break and it took much longer than expected.
I used to frequent this store several times a week when I worked a block away at BNY Mellon. Now, I only go there once in awhile due to my job location being further away. I've never had a complaint about this store in the past, even after going there for years.
I went there today, 7/18/19, at 12:00PM on my lunch break and here's what I encountered:
1. Door handles missing from two of the entrance doors?
2. Many items in the men's department were not in the right place and many items had the wrong size-marker on the hanger. Some items even had the wrong size on the price ticket (it didn't match the size on the manufacturer's size sewed to the item?
I have never seen it this bad in all my years of frequenting the store.
3. I was in the checkout line in the Men's dept. at 12:28PM and there was only one cashier. There were 8 people in line. Some people left because they got tired of waiting. I was on my lunch-break and thought the wait was extraordinarily long.
4. Finally, and this is what really provoked me to complain:
When I went to use the Men's Room, the Changing Table was open, and on the changing table were HUGE graffiti words (as large as the changing table itself) stating "Place Sacrifice Here. Hail Satan" with a pentagram symbol. I'm not sure how long this has been on there, but it was EXTREMELY offensive and inappropriate for any place of business.
Normally the store did not have any of these issues. I'm not sure why/how it got this bad. It really seems to have gone down hill in the past two years.
