At approximately 5:15 yesterday (03/04/2020) I had stopped in for cigarettes, the line ahead wasnt very long but there were several people behind me (7). An associate and thw assistant manager (tammy vanatta) were behind the registers until I came to be next and ms vannata just left the register, hampering the service level under the guise of needing to get food orders out, though leaving another associate idle behing the food counter.
Im not positive, though you may find out if she is questioned, if she were acting in a discriminatory nature. It is all on camera: her leaving what would have been a small matter for two registers, the idle associate not working any food orders, just leaning and smiling at something ms vanatta was saying from behind the partition while customers are seeing this.
Hopefully this breach in service is at least discussed with her as it has to be effecting sales.. I spoke to several people that refuse to shop there in the future.
Again I have to reiterate my suspicion of vindictive or unproffessioanl behavior. It is not the first time she's left a line of customers waiting and not replaced herself at the register.. Just the first I know of on camera. Its certainly a great way to elevate competitors business though. And yet I have to suspect her behavior is resulting from a relationship gone bad... And it not with me to be certain
For vido indexing it was at approximately 5:15 pm est on 03/04/2020... I will be visible in a grey parka, greenish ski cap, and using a blue metallic cane.
How is this acceptable from a business standpoint for any reason?

This has happened before but I buy a frozen latte or mocha every single day and most days are good but like today I have received a large cup which I ordered a large and I get less than small of the drink I ordered. If I knew I was going to be receiving a small I I would have ordered a small and not gotten charged for the large. This has happened many times but I cant afford to continue this and not even get what I paid for.

Yea ok I get it thanks for "all" your help and customer service 👌👌 I guess a paying customer getting ripped off 💯💯 is acceptable to your company, sheetz and green dot. You all just blame the customer and or each other... Instead of talking through this issue to figure out which company totally ripped off a paying customer... It's actually rather sad that customers mean nothing to any of your companies... That's not my definition of customer service it's really unprofessional and rude keep passing the blame when in reality none of you seem to have a clue how to fix this so it's a big blame game as long as none of you are the guilty company... Meanwhile a paying-loyal customer of all 3 companies is out of money and an explanation! Definitely something wrong here! Thanks for nothing! I appreciate that all 3 companies do not think I deserve my money back!
