Hello... Last week on 10.7.19 I purchased it's a 10 hair potion and mentioned to sales associate concern about retuning if needed. She specifically said to hang on to my receipt, no problem.in the meantime I found it for $8.00 cheaper, thus on monday this week I decided to return it. As the sales person was getting ready to refund me she informed me that: "oh you paid cash, sorry you can't have cash back." I was astounded and very upset. The salesgirl who sold it, jessi #22606, never explained to me that it would be a store credit when paying cash. She should have explained your policy when we discussed a refund. If I had known I would have used my credit card.
Now I am stuck with a store credit that I do not want: to keep track of, will probably not use at all (your prices are high), etc. It is not how I paid and it was jessi's responsibility to explain your policy at time of purchase. It is her fault as a representative of hair cuttery. Returning was brought up at time of purchase. I would like my cash back. Receipts below.
