We stopped into sheetz on Maynard st in Williamsport pa today around 2 pm December 10th 2022 and an employee working the mto by the name of aubree (not sure about the spelling) was being very rude towards customers one gentleman asked for catchup and she very Rudly told him basically he was out of luck because he did not order it, then our order was called and when reviewed we were missing the four hotdogs that we got by buying four Pepsi products and I had asked her about it she looked at me and sighed and said it’s not my problem that they should have been ordered more properly wich we had asked the gentleman at the counter and he admitted it was his fault how they got rang up then aubree returned back to the food counter proceeding to tell her coworkers how fed up with these customers she is today at witch time I told her if she didn’t like her job to get a different one and I had asked her name and let her know I was going to complain I told the supervisor about the situation and she didn’t even respond after I told her the situation and went back behind the counter saying nothing to the employee at wich time I stated I would be complaining to corporate
Desired outcome: Aubree need retrained on customer service and general manners
Sheetz - coffee
On 1/1/20 I went to sheetz and got 3 xl coffee at 11:30pm And the sign said free all day for new year's and when I paid for gas they also charged me for all the coffee and i said i thought they were free all day it's not midnight and he said no u have to pay.
