OMG Burger King, Store 9814 NEVER fails to disappoint and neither does BK's customer service! I just ordered two Whopper meals, Code 77 45 86 through the app (I'm a Royal Perks member but that's been useless as well).

First of all, they NEVER provide a receipt, which irks me to no end. Sometimes, I need it for my job when I'm using the company card; other times, I want it because I take snapshots for Fetch Rewards, or use it to complete the surveys for the free incentive). Strike one — no receipt.

The line was very long for lunch so I didn't stick around to check my order for accuracy, so that's on me. However, given it was a mobile order, I mistakenly assumed that they'd have ample time to get things right. The order failed to include fries for one of the meals — strike two. I also wish they’d asked me what type of drink I wanted but they just gave me Cokes for both orders.

I tried to contact the local store at 7915 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29209. I understand that it might have been a busy time so I made 3 attempts but couldn't get an answer to inquire about how to resolve my complaint. I would have at least told them about it on the survey but that wasn't possible. The order ticket that was taped to the bag had the store and transaction info on it but I only got error messages when trying to enter it for the survey.

Finally, I decided to call the UTTERLY USELESS "Customer Support" line, at [protected] (US). They didn't have an option for complaints or problems, so I selected option 1, which was for Crown points or something, hoping I'd get a human, which I did. Of course, it was not an option for issues like mine, so Juan told me he'd get me to the right person. However, he promptly disconnected me.

I called back and spoke with Irene, who told me the only option would be to come back to BK.com. So here I am. A lot of good it's gonna do but BK has garnered more than the allotted 3 strikes, in my book. They need to take pointed lessons from the good folks at Chik-Fil-A and/or Cookout — stellar customer service at both. BK now lounges in the ranks with Popeye's...
