While staying here I had several rude incounters with the mananger and desk help...the final blow was when I slipped in bathtub falling hard severely brusing my ribs on side of tub...when trying to report this to the owner on more then one occasion I was treated and talked to very rudely by mananger(Diane).and a colored lady at desk...I was never allowed to speak to owner at all..I was yelled at and laughed at being told that in no way at all are they responsible ...there was no kind of anti slip strips or mat in tub, so yes in fact they are responsible...they need to be fired and fined for the way they treated me..the colored lady was yelling at me in front of costomers..I was a very well paying customer..I was not asked one time by any staff member if I was ok or anything...this hotel treated me as if I was a joke...for this reason I now have a lawsuit against them...

We had a business trip to s. c. where I had stayed at the red roof inn on prior trips. it was old, musty and dirty. but... they now advertised a new, updated superior king room. it was billed to be remodeled, larger and complete with microwave, refrig and coffee maker. okay, newly revamped room, that will work. what a joke! it was the very same old, musty and dirty room with no micro or refrig because they said "oh, we don't have those here". but of course, no one from redroof bothered to tell you that before you booked that room. just a ripoff for dirty old musty rooms. don't stay at red roof!
