My wife and I arrived at approximately 4 pm and we were seated. We waited 10 minutes and nobody ever came and took our drink order, brought rolls, or even acknowledged we were sitting there waiting. I went up to the hostess stand and asked for our server to come to take our drink order. After another 5 minutes there was a female server waiting on customers two tables back and another female server checking on customers 2 tables in front of us. After both servers left their tables neither one of them stopped to ask us for our drink order or even acknowledged we were sitting there. I then went back to the hostess stand and tried to speak with the manager was dealing with something on the phone. My wife and I left and because it was obvious to us that we were not valued as customers and our business wasn't appreciated. We ended up going down the street and spending almost $92 for the two of us to have dinner.
The worst part of this whole situation is that we really like Texas Roadhouse, go here frequently, and this was our first choice for dinner.
I hope you can get to the bottom of this and correct the problem whether it be waitstaff or management.
