Went through drive thru on Aug 30 afternoon time. The cashier was VERY RUDE to me as I were inquiring about the new sandwich. I pulled to the window because I did not get a response. A young lady with glasses came to the window and apologized for the misunderstanding. She explained to me what was on the sandwhich and she asked for it to be made fresh. As I waited on my order the manager came out and spoke with me, I felt more appreciated once speaking to him and the young lady. I did not get the young lady name who was originally taking my order but as someone who is in the customer service field the way she went about it was unacceptable. You all need more people like the two who assured me everything would be taken care of.
