My son and I took his sister last night to red lobster in Florence SC my cousin was at the mall and asked what was I doing I told her going out to dinner so her and her daughter joined us I mainly want to complain about the manger on duty I think she is a very disrespectful individual we had a complaint because people that came in after us was receiving the biscuits but we had to ask for some for our table so she was very sarcastic saying so y'all complaining because y'all didn't get no biscuits we should have gotten up then and just left because she really made everyone at the table feel stupid then I got charged for drinks that I didn't even had I had 1 tropical white sangria $6.79 and got charged for 3, I had points for brownie overboard you can check my account but I got charged $7.99 for that, I was charged $7.29 for a long Island iced tea that was sent back and the same manager took it off the table and still charged me for that I spent $115.52 for drinks that belong to my cousin and her daughter, charged for a drink we sent back and charged for a desert that my points was used for, my cousins spent over $50 and we was not satisfied at all now if Red lobster need money that bad and hire disrespectful staff then I choose not to return here anymore the amount of money we spent and the awful service we received is ridiculous a lot of restaurants are closing down but you have customers that still try to support Red Lobster
Desired outcome: I think everyone at that dinner needs to be reimbursed or accommodated because no one really even ate their food because of your manager especially very nasty and sarcastic
