On September 11, 2022 we went to the sonic on HWY160 in TEGA CAY, SC to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. I ordered 2 burgers 1 large onion ring, 1 large tater tot and a slushie. The girl said they were out of onion rings so she could give us an extra order of tater tots. The tater tots are cheaper than onion rings by almost a $1. She handed us the order and we assumed it was right. When we got home We DID NOT receive the replacement tater tots or get a credit back for the price we paid for onion rings! The 2 burgers were dry and hard and the one order of tater tots we did get was ice cold and the slushy was BITTER. So not only did we get ripped off by not getting the 2nd tater tot replacement for the onion rings and the difference in money back the items we did get in the order were HORRIBLE!
Desired outcome: I want at least a refund for the large onion rings I ordered because I never got a replacement and refund for the drink but I would prefer to get a credit for the entire meal! Nothing tasted good at all!
