Waffle House - Re-visit parking lot protocol for your employees.

I live at 122 Nursery Rd, Gaffney, SC. I have a Waffle House in my front yard. My driveway ends at the Waffle House parking lot... This small area is also shared with an entrance to a Subway. Your employees have always been so polite, if there are any folks in the parking lot as I leave to go to my job at the local hospital, I wave and go on! This morning, as I was heading to work, I had an "encounter" with a young girl. I stopped at the end of my driveway, as always. A young girl came into the road in front of my house and I almost pulled out in front of her... my cautious attitude saved us both from a dumb accident. I rolled my window down and VERY kindly asked her to please slow down because she was going so fast I nearly collided with her. She told me she had the right of way... I dropped a 'F"bomb and drove off. I am working on a speed bump for that short road. All she had to say was" I was running late, I didn't mean to speed on the road in front of your house"... I'm no puritan when it comes to speeding... Residential areas, and parking lots are dangerous places and a little thoughtfulness would go a long way in preventing accidents.
