Today I visited the Waffle House in Ladson, off of College Park Road. Several signs were posted stating “Cash Only”. One of the servers said the card reader wasn’t working, but there was an ATM next door. My wife was seated as I went next door for cash. Upon my return, I observed several employees behind the counter, but one older lady needs to be retrained. My wife and I are frequent visitors of the Waffle House because of the food and consistency. No one in food and beverage should never eat a sandwich and visibly lick their fingers while behind the counter serving the public. To extend on this, several others (cooks) continually talking over food while preparation. The outburst of laughter and extra chatter will only result in their saliva falling into food we are consuming. It all starts with Management… Who hired her? Your judgement is in question.
