Hello, my husband and I went in this morning for breakfast. We arrived at 10:10 am. We order breakfast and it arrived 10: 55 am. Our food was cold and didn't get what we ordered, we weren't even offered refills on our drinks. When we asked about our order, the cook came out of the kitchen and told us what we had was what we ordered, but our ticket showed what we had ordered, but she still said it was right, even though it wasn't and didn't wash her hands when she returned to the cooking area. We were really unhappy with our visit. There really should be something done, because with all of that, when we were checking out, we then noticed that the cooking area was nasty. We were unable to finish our breakfast.

Huddle House - Kids eat free mondays & tuesdays
The waitress did not apply our discounts fpr the 4 kids and 5 adults that we had which means all of the kids meals should have been free under their conditions one free kids meal with a paying adult over $6. All of the adult meals were over $6 and none of our kids meals were free. The waitress would not offer to fix it and simply said "maybe next time." Worst service ever adter waiting 45 minutes on our food and then our food being almost $70 because we were not given the deal they are avertising.
