I bought my disabled broth a tv at a c
Sam's club in North Charleston Sc. I live in Georgia. My brother picked it up fine but when he got home the tv had been dropped or something. Only half the tv worked. He went immediately back to Sam's they would not let him in the door. Could not return it at all. I call the manager Alicia and was told I would have to drive to South Carolina and return it since my brother was not on my card. They allowed him to pick it up without a card an hour before. My brother his healing from throat and lung cancer. He called them and told them he was in parking lot to come get the tv because it was broke the front end clerk and the manager was rude and told him there was nothing that could be done. I called corporate and spoke to a Joe Hernandez and he was supposed to call me or have someone call me back. After three hours of sitting in parking lot my brother finally got another manager don't remember her name but she miraculously got it handled I am requesting a gift card for my brothers time and inconvenience! The manager Alicia should not be in management. She is rude and very full of herself. As of this time I Have not had a return call from corporate offices. [protected]
