Camping World

The day we bought our camper was the end of peace of mind. We ended up being 20 min late due to my husband having to beg to he released 2 hours early to pick up our what we thought would be our new home. We get to camping world (spartanburg, SC location) and are greeted with "the driver for your unit is pissed you're late, he's cranky and tired and wants to go home but he's been waiting for you to arrive." That's not our problem by any means. When we got to the campground the "driver" was long gone, and I will mention, there was saw dust everywhere, all of our cabinets were wide open, fridge wide open, stove opened. So clearly he didn't take his time and wasn't gentle with our brand new camper that only cost us 48,000$

After that, a LAUNDRY list of issues started to accure. We contacted camping world and our manufacturer which both pointed fingers at one another. Employees were rude to us because "there's nothing they can do" but yet have the audacity to sit us down and explain that [censored]ING METH HEADS BUILD THESE THINGS AND THATS COMING FROM A CAMPING WORLD SALES REP AFTER THE FACT THAT WE BOUGHT IT. Makes ya feel GREAT.. We've written the list so many times to so many "people" who promised to help and have received nothing so I'm not writing everyone of them. Needless to say we have severe water damage/black mold (in which we've been sick because of), gas leaks, health hazards (in which we do get sick over) due to human feces lingering throughout out the a c system. They didn't even have the courtesy of putting hinges on our storage for our bed so it's just plywood that falls.. we tried to screw it in but the material is soft due to condensation from it being cold and our home not being properly insulated. It goes on and on. This is our home and we genuinely feel like we've been screwed.
