I have tried five times to date to order by phone at the dyersburg tennessee store at 51 bypass. I ve have yet to be able to speak to a person. I live approxi mately, twenty five miles from the store. I love the food but can only order after I make the drive over. No one ever answers the phone. I am not aware that the only way to order is by internet. Is this true? If so why do they have a phone number? I spent twenty minutes holding this past sunday. I drove to the store meantime. Walked inside with my phone still to my ear and asked the man up front, if they turned off the phones at noon he said no sir. I said I have been holding for twenty minutes and no answer. He shrugged his shoulders, as if to say thats tough. This sucks.
Desired outcome: just would like someone to answer and say wee can't take orders today
