Baymont Inn & Suites - the room they gave us for the night

This is the 2nd time I have made the same complaint. I haven't heard anything back from anyone. My sister and I checked into Baymont Inn and Suites in Goodlettsville TN on 9/30/19 . When we got to the room and pulled down our bed both beds sheets, Blankets, pillows were soaked like they got them out of the washer and put them right on the bed. I went up to the desk to tell them she said she would get us some in a moment I said why we need them now.The lady said after I checked this lady in. I went back waited 10minutes. went back she wasn't doing anything I said hello we still need them. when we got them we had to make our on BEDS.The room wasn't clean at all couldn't take a shower it had a bad bad odor. The carpet was very disgusting. we were have asked for our money back and left but both of us were so tired if we were of got into the car we were of got into a accident. We want our money back $79.50 . you need to get back with me @ [protected]@yahoo.com ASAP
