I went to the Waffle House in Jackson TN 24 Casey Jones Lane
Jackson, TN 38305
At approximately 3-4 pm with my Service Dog Coco who was wearing his Service Dog vest so he was readily identified as a Service Dog. When I entered hi was told I couldn’t bring a dog in the restaurant by a Black Employee. I told her that he was my Service Dog and she said you can’t bring him in the restaurant. I asked for her name and she said Kia. I asked if she was the Manager and she said yes. I told her I was going to file an ADA complaint and left. I will never go to a Waffle House again and I will share this experience with anyone considering eating at WH
Desired outcome: An Apology, Also the entire staff needs to be retrained on the ADA Law regarding Service Dogs. I am a Disabled Senior Retired Service Member who deserved more compationent treatment .
