(Incident occurred on June 21, 2020 around 6:20 p.m.)
Payed $10 for gas to the attendant present, went to the pump to begin pumping gas, only to discover that it had not been activated yet.
A few minutes went by and nothing happened, however the attendant then walked outside and appeared to be doing something with the air pump, and I asked him if he activated the pump. His speech was difficult to understand; it was quiet and slurred. He said that he'll fix it in a little while. I waited for a few more minutes and nothing happened. He was still outside so I asked him again if he activated the pump. His answer was still the same as his first, and he also wanted me to fix it my own self. I waited for a couple of minutes to see if it was a glitch with the pump and nothing happened still. I asked him one more time, and he sounded agitated and angry and told me to "F*ck off" twice at least. I decided to leave the station without getting a refund or gas and went to a station close by. The attendant there told me that many people had complained about him that day, and that he appeared to be high on the job.
I would also like my $10 back.
After speaking with the store manager this morning, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. The manager said that she would resolve the handle the situation with the employee this evening
