Maaco Franchise - Paint was full of trash, car full of bodyshop dust,

I got car painted over two months ago, I had removed all lights, windows, trim, mirrors and chrome to make it easier for them to paint, I even taped up anything I didn't take off to make sure done. The paint job was absolutely trash, full of garbage, and car was full of bodyshop dust including trunk. They agreed and said will paint again and clean up car, so waited 30 days as they requested, took car in Friday before Monday appt, my car sat almost two weeks nothing done to it. I stop in and ask what's the deal oh we are getting on it tomorrow (this was WED), so I get a call on Friday to pick up car, now they have had car two weeks. at noon still cleaning they said. I get there at 4pm and car is covered with dust and water droplet stains, inside of car is still blue it was wiped down but all seams and creases are blue and if pat carpet it powders blue everywhere, trunk they didn't even touch. I walk around car and the door handles and trim are painted, that they said to put back on for second paint job they would make sure taken care of! There are still spots of trash not as bad but still some and what's worse is there are now sand marks in paint you can see where they sanded but didn't smooth out or finish sand. The finish on car is dull and not even close to the shiny finish that it had the first time. they tried to tell me they don't clean interiors! well they made the mess! they said I have to accept the paint on trim cause I signed a contract! I requested manager and district mangers numbers or contact info, they refused to give! then they said if I don't take car they will charge me storage! This place sucks, I would not recommend them to paint anything, I know it would be a ok paint job but not a [censored]ty one and car be in such condition. They do not care about their customers! I have pics and videos of the whole process!

Desired outcome: I want my car cleaned , no blue residue anywhere, any overspray fixed or replaced, The sand marks repaired, My car should have the same shine as it had before , did the paint not get sprayed properly , proper paint and sealer ?
