My wife and I originally signed-up for membership at the Turkey Creek, Farragut, TN location. When I moved down to Texas we had paid-for $720 worth of unused services and had received a $100 Gift Certificate, as well. Over the phone the Turkey Creek location employees had told our new McAllen, TX location that they would transfer all 12x sessions and the Gift Card. 2x follow-up phone calls resulted in the same confirmation. After a week of trying to finalize the transfer only 2x sessions were transferred, not even the Gift Card. The manager, Danielle, had denied the transfer of the other 10x sessions and the Gift Card. Not once in the 5x phone calls since has Danielle ever taken my call. Therefore, I am looking for resolution here before escalating the issue further.
