I visited Waffle House 293 -6230 Papermill Road

Placed a to go order quickly and was asked to sit in chair by window. I did as instructed. After waiting 35 minutes - a large number of college students came in and the business was booming. I had been asked by Jess if I had placed my order. I advised her yes.
Prior to that - I was waiting for my food and not busy. When the students started coming in - my order taker started bussing tables. I went to the to go window and asked about the status of my order because others are eating that came after me and I still don't have my food.
Selena yells out - People eating in - gets served before to go orders. Very Rude. I replied in a soft spoken voice - ma'am how can someone one come in after me, place an order and get their food. Selena states I just explained that to you. I raised my right hand and said you don't know how long I've been here. Selena replied, if you don't like it, go get your food else where. They had already ran my credit card, or I would have left. They brought me my food approximately 5 minutes later. As I l approach the door, Selena yells, thanks and have a good evening.
I didn't even look back.
when I got to hotel across the street, the potatoes were cold. No bacon.
Waffle was warm.
Eggs were hot. The delay must have been due to eggs not ready.
this was the worst experience I've ever had. Selena needs customer service training and Jess needs a promotion. Selena is very large, rude and definitely not professional.
